It is with pleasure that I write this review for Jack Tenold. From the first phone call I made to Jack seeking basic reverse mortgage information, through the final closing, Jack was there for me. Between his communication skills and deep knowledge of the reverse mortgage process, I do not see how I could have been in better hands. I simply cannot imagine anyone having a deeper and more thorough knowledge and understanding of the reverse mortgage process than Jack Tenold! Any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process were answered immediately, and completely, even times when all I needed was reassurance from Jack that everything was on track and going smoothly. I have no doubt whatsoever that Jack's "behind the scenes" work and negotiations with underwriters and others involved in the loan process was completely instrumental in the successful procurement of my reverse mortgage. Anyone seeking a reverse mortgage, or anyone just needing basic information about reverse mortgages would do very well by contacting Jack Tenold! I only wish I could give more than five stars!

We were clueless, almost, about Reverse Mortgages, and we had no idea who to call about it. We had seen Jack Tenold's regularly appearing ad in the Spokesman-Review, and while we had no idea who he was we decided to get in touch and see where it might lead. Jack was immediately available and happy to visit with us in our home. From the first meeting we were impressed with how knowledgeable he is and how skilled at explaining clearly what for us were often complicated technical financial matters. In just a few weeks the reverse mortgage process was complete and we could benefit financially in ways that would not tie us to uncomfortable loan payments. Instead, we now have funds that, in effect, belonged to us in the first place. Jack Tenold is honest, fair, communicative, good humored and willing to do all he can to facilitate the reverse mortgage process.
