    No idea how this company is still in business. Opened with them at the end of 2019 due to a conveniently located branch. Took 5 accounts and some other business to them. Had issues from the first week that only got progressively worse with online access, transfers being messed up, and money deposit to/withdrawn from the wrong account. On 4 separate occasions I was promised something by 1 representative of the institution that did not come to fruition then told by another representative “oh they were wrong sorry boutcha.” I finally moved my accounts over to NFCU (BEST decision hands down - they are AMAZING). I work with financial institutions every day professionally and can honestly say, this place is a bag of cats.

    EDIT: 4/5 I was upset over not understanding their methods and for that I apologize. I take back my earlier statement that was originally posted. They are kind people and are helpful most of the time, I do dislike the constant charge for just having a checking but I've seen that as the norm for the area so I'll let that slide, no major issues at this time. 1/5 Not a fan of them. When Covid-19 is done I am ending any form of connection with this company. Depositing checks should not result in 2 outstanding charges of the same amount being applied to the account. I even called in and after being talked to in an unfriendly tone they told me they didn't see it after I took pictures online of the transaction happening the way I said. This is making these difficult times even more difficult.

    The bank itself has always been pretty good to us except for the mortgage department which I would avoid like the plague they made us jump through all kinds of unnecessary hoops to buy our current home and made us do some unnecessary improvements to the home before we bought it. The bank also had the home appraised before we settle on a price with the seller after negotiating the price down for some reason suspiciously the bank needed to reappraise the home and reappraised it for the exact selling price probably just too make us pay PMI since the home is worth more than 20% of what we paid for it

    Really bad bank the lady from fraud department is really mean and rude she will cuss you out and yell at you and tell you that she’s holding onto your money for up to the 45 day mark all because u tould her needed your money back!!!
