    Stay away, should be zero stars!!! Bad customer service and terrible long waits on the phones for more discourteous service without resolution. Nothing but Spam and weekly unwanted identity theft vulnerable mail sent to my home from them and other companies they must have sold my information to. They cancel accounts without fair warning and changed from free accounts to paid Services without approval. Terrible place. I had been loyal customer for 22 years and the business has just deteriorated. Sad because I like to support local businesses. No good recourse for customer satisfaction or feedback either.

    Today I was standing In front of a "Bus stop" that also happens to be in front of this "Financial" business . When a Employee (who never identify yourself) Started to question and looking me over because i was near there "ATM" thats 3 feet from the "Bus stop". As a working person i don't need to be questioned about anything. looked down on by a manager or staff . If the Business has a problem where the "Bus stop" is Located they need to contact the Bus Service ... Nasty... I dont want to hear about safety in a response ... Next time this happens to me Corporate call next 2 times already ...

    Horrible experience after being a member of FIVE YEARS. After this matter is cleared up, I will NEVER use them again. I, too was just put into their lovely new system with reward points without asking. I was told one thing by customer service, another by the branch, and I am still overdrafted over $900. I told the representative my situation in tears and she said there was nothing she could do and to have a nice day. You guys come to my workplace at least once a month to recruit new members. I'll be sure to let them know my story before they decide to sign up with you.

    I've been a member of GTE for 17 years, and with the recent changes to their accounts, reward programs, and also their the sharing of members personal information with third-party companies, I am extremely disappointed and concerned about where this credit union is headed. GTE will now require members to pay fees to have bank accounts, and with the changes made to their rewards programs, non-credit card users will have to pay out of pocket for these fees. This is on top of sharing our personal information, without our authorization, with third-party companies In today's day and age of data breaches, it is unconscionable of our credit union to not ask our permission to share our information with ANY third-party. There are too many malicious actors that may gain access to this data, and that we, the members, are being forced to share that information is what I would expect from a large corporation, not a credit union that I've done business with for 17 years. I've never been disappointed in my Credit Union before, but the decisions that GTE has made has made me seriously consider that the current leadership and board of GTE Financial may need to be replaced.
