Great Southern Bank S Glenstone Ave, Springfield

Excellent bank! I opened one business account there, and eventually closed most other accounts in favor of GS. The people really care, they often remember your name, this bank goes out of its way to work with you. GS does business the way I've always wanted from a bank.

At every step of the way, and in very facet of service, convenience, and outright quality, Great Southern has been the most friendly, accommodating and downright helpful choice that I have ever made in a banking institution. Thank you SO MUCH, for all that you have done. You made finance for a weird arty type like myself so much easier. Your service truly outshines the competition in every way!

Visiting from out of town, I needed to exchange some money. "Great" Southern would not help me out with the simplest of transactions because I did not have an account with them. I found more cooperative help at a nearby grocery store.

Simply horrible experience when dealing with them. Avoid! Update - just as bad as ever. Forms that I've faxed to them before for access have been lost apparently - have to go through the process again. Fairly incompetent people in my experience.

My card got declined when it had money in it, usually this happens to question a previous transaction. I go to call customer service to see what's going on with my card. I've been on "hold" with no one answering for 40 min. TERRIBLE.

Are your lobbies open yet? I like your services and would like to come in it would make things easier. Thank you!

Moved to Springfield althougb do not like the town, People arent very friendly or courteous however Greatsouthern/ and their staff has always been professional and helpful.

Worst bank in the world. 9% interest on auto loan. 1.2% at US Bank.

Had a checks stolen and cashed at this bank, customer service was terrible when I called in.
