How does this place stay in buisness? Unfriendly and more than happy to tell me that they dont have what I'm looking for. Don't waste your time. They'll just stand there and watch you like your going to steal anyway. They said it must be my guilty conscience... is it? This is coming from a buisness that lashes out at people. And has a 2.6 star review on google.😆

I stopped by this pawnshop to check it out and was very impressed with how clean and friendly the staff were. They have an awesome collection of antique fire arms and Indian memorabilia. If you need a loan on big items this is the pawn shop for you.

every time I called received attitude. Was told I could get the item for said amount. Let them know id be by at this time. Only to have the listing deleted and zero communication letting me know it’s first come first serve or that the item was gone. I’d stay away unless you are just desperate

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in with NO attitude trying to sell my 45 Taurus an they asked what I wanted for it. I said $300, I bought it for $450 at another shop it's in great condition. The lady just said no for a Taurs your looking at $100 🤣 NEGATIVE ! Than proceeds to say shes a New Gun Dealer okay that doesn't mean nothing you have plenty of guns in your store. Her husband or whatever he is was EXTREMELY RUDE came over and said No you wouldn't get $300, I took my gun and said okay and I walked out. He goes you wont sell it with that attitude. I didnt have a attitude I just dont appreciate being spoken to like I'm nothing,yall dont GREET nobody,yall are RUDE as hell an I wouldn't recommend your pawn shop to ANYBODY. Customer Service goes along way an yall have none. Update: I sold it for $300 just as I KNOW WOULD GO FOR USED.

The people here are awful and for them to openly argue with customers on the reviews is just unbelievable. We'll never go here again and neither will my friends or family. May want to think twice about how you treat your customers. The pawn shop just down the road by Braums is much better with friendly and helpful people.

Gave straight info and got my answer quickly, but whoever answers phones really should have a better attitude. It insured I would never try this place again and I live right down the street from it.

Brought a Troybilt mower for $550.00, They we very nice, problem is I return home took the key out of the mower, the price tag said $375.00, I guess I have stupid written on my forehead.....Buyers beware.

Woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. When I asked her if she took electronics, she asked what kind and as I started listing off the MANY items I’m trying to get rid of, she cut me off after the first one and said they didn’t take that type of thing. don’t interrupt customers.

They don't deal with gaming systems.. what? And you're calling yourself a pawn shop? What about music equipment or tools? No? Then you're a specialty store.... false advertise much?
