I cut all the digits off on my dominant left hand w/a tablesaw, yes I was wearing my wedding set. My diamond was actually still on a stump of my ring finger. I went to @Good Fortune Jewelry to have it repaired. The jeweler I spoke with was so nice, polite & friendly. My ring was purchased there, along w/many other beautiful pieces. The service here is outstanding! Ive shopped here for years. When they started the diamond mine on Sunday, my husband & I walked to the store faithfully to participate. I have 40 diamonds from the mine. It also made many memories as of course it was a competition between us as to who would find a diamond. I left w/multiple diamonds on many visits. I've never had a negative experience here. I highly recommend #Good Fortune Jewelry & Pawn Shop. Prices have always been very reasonable here.

The staff were very friendly and they made the purchase process quite easy. While walking by their store front one evening (after they had closed for the day), I noticed an item in the window that struck my fancy. I sent an email inquiry the following day -then being out of town - thereby initiating a back-and-forth email correspondence. Although they took a tad longer to respond than I liked on two occasions, they justified their delay by noting their busyness and understaffing, which we can all relate to nowadays. I was very happy that they made the shipping of the item simple, straightforward, and relatively inexpensive. I do wish they were able to ship it out slightly earlier than they did, but this also coincided with inclement weather. All told, I was happy with my experience and I recommend shopping there!

My husband and I had been in the store back in December, and I pointed out a ring that I thought was pretty. He surprised me with the ring for Christmas, but it was too small. It took me far too long to bring it in to see if it could be resized and when I asked Judy about it, she informed me that it was silver and would most likely cost as much to resize the ring as it did for the cost of the ring. She brought me over to look at new rings to trade the one I received, and I found the perfect ring that fit like it was made for me. Judy assisted me with the exchange, cleaning the new ring for me before we completed the transaction. I am always so impressed at how professional and personable the staff are at Good Fortune. I love this store, their jewelry selection, their staff, and their pricing!

I've been going to Good Fortune for years....they have beautiful vintage jewelry at great prices. The staff is wonderful and very helpful!

I went to get my father's ring a new stone to get it replaced, they matched the stone perfectly with just a description it came back better then when I first got it

I had a couple of rings restored for my wife for Christmas. I wasn't expecting them to be ready before Christmas but they were ready before Christmas! Great friendly service. Will definitely do business with again. ☺
