Gateway One Lending & Finance, a TCF Bank Company - Tampa Center W Idlewild Ave, Tampa

I fell behind on payments and my car was repossessed. I now have the money to catch up on payments and get it back. I have tried to call in to get this resolved however the only people who ever answer the phone say wrong department, let me transfer you. Then i either get put on hold for 25min and someone answers to say the exact same thing and transfer me again or i get a recording that says leave a message and we'll call you in 24-48 hrs. Ive left a dozen messages over the past 5 days and still have not had anyone call back.

Absolutely worst customer service. I have moved out of state and need my title. Their "partners" at the title service do not answer the phone, their website does not work and Gateway One customer service simply "does not handle" any title requests, despite being the holder of my title. As a customer, I am left completely without a resource to get the information needed to complete and out of state vehicle registration.

TCF bought our 1st mortgage from Suntrust Bank and then opened an account for us with First Tech Federal Credit Union for servicing. First Tech sent me a letter about an Inactivity Fee they were going to charge. Hold time was absurd and then they told me I'd have to call back and close the account after the mortgage was paid off or the inactivity fee will apply. WASTE of my time and energy. Didn't sign up for them in my life to begin with.

Probably the worst bank i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you end up with a loan from them, refinance immediately or you will never be free of this awful bank. Terrible customer service.

If i could give a minus 200 I would! I pay aprox. 10 to get rotten cystomer policy service My name is corrected by your emploees however they get to use their nicknames I also have no option when I call in I get to guess how to get customer service reps I am Paying you for a service I canot use my card anymore cause you stopped the service I have to listen to your stupid recording and be told you are recording the call put an 80 year old through this process Your cutting edge tech stuff is a total pain.

I wish I could give them 0. I have been trying to contact them FOR A WEEK. Anytime I get in touch with someone it's always that's not my department until I'm left with a voicemail and never get a call back. Don't ever do business with them, horrible customer service. I write this while I'm on hold for a hour. For the 3rd time this week

Worst customer service ever. I tried to get a payoff quote and kept getting transferred around in circles because no one was allowed to give me that info. After 15 minutes each on several attempts you get a recording saying leave a message and they'll call you back in a day or two.

Worst experience ever. Stay clear of these guys. No customer service and all they will do is send you fee after fee even after you have paid off the loan.

Poor customer service...I'm ahead on car payment and bacause $80.00 paid out of $139.20 ,, 2 weeks later I've collection calling me ... I have car finance with them for 1 year and something and now it's time to change financial company ...

TRANSFERED OVER 10 TIMES AND STILL UNABLE TO REACH RIGHT DEPARTMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL.
