Your service lady is a rude person. We asked her to hook up computer to see what's wrong with our jeep. Nonetheless she didn't wanna hear what we were trying to tell her. She said she could only hook it up to tell us it's safe to drive. Why would I offer my money and time for someone who doesn't wanna listen to the customer first. Customer is always right we came to you for a second opinion. That will never happen I will not spend another penny with you guys. And when we tried to tell parts people how she acted they didn't give 2 cents UPDATE:: We bought a part key module and we'll it wasn't the part we needed and we never even took it of the box. So now have $169 I have no use for. Very disappointed and will be telling all my friends and family to not buy anything from here including a car. SIDENOTE:: Next time they should say the part is nonrefundable and maybe we would've paid $120 to get car diagnosed.

My daughter bought a car last night here. She traded in her 2016 Kia. I can tell you from my own experience in car sales that she was treated VERY fair. You guys have my loyal business!

My mother will never shop at Galeana and we tell everyone to never go there because she bought a used Saturn car that was a year old and she paid cash. The car was advertised as perfect condition with no crashes or anything. The next day she washed the car and the paint chipped off to reveal the actual green color of the car. The back seats then started falling down so she looked up and paid for the carfax for the car and it was in a major car accident just months before she bought it. The entire frame of the car was bent up and the car was completely unsafe to drive. She went back DAYS after buying the car and Frank Galeana himself said that she was just having “buyer’s remorse” and that they do not return cars for that reason. My mother was young at the time and Frank completely took advantage of the situation. My mom even went to a lawyer and the lawyer said that she could win but the legal fees would be too much. This is what this car dealership does. They sell you a car that is all messed up and don’t allow you to return it. They KNOW that people can’t afford the legal fees to battle them and therefore lie to sell the cars. What a terrible way to make a profit. Frank is a liar and the business he runs is just as slimy. Btw we have told 100’s of people about this :-)

Shopped the "BIG" name KIA dealer first. Galeana beat them in all aspects of this transaction. I especially want to thank my salesman William Swartz and Sales Manager Rich Clodfelter for all the work they put into finding the exact car we wanted and in making this Birthday Surprise for my wife happen, on time, right down to the big bow on the car. You guys are the friendliest and hardest working people I have ever bought a car from and I would not hesitate to recommend you over the other dealers in the area.

I went in today for service on a recall. My car was not accelerating after I left the dealership so i called and they sent out the technician that put the part in and cleared the codes. I went down about a mile away and my car was at 4000 rpms at 40mph. I had to stop so I did at sonic. They ended up driving to me and come to find out the stopper was put to far in which was the reason my car was acting up. They could have charged me for coming out even though in the end it was their fault but that wasnt known at the time. They fixed it for me and though it cost me a night of work, I'm very grateful that they literally went out of their way to come and help me. The service manager Kyle was very sweet

We showed up here at Galeana Kia after hearing their ad for a "$6,000 minimum trade in" (which was a lie of course) and were completely let down. All they wanted to do was push their new 2019 models which were basically plastic on wheels. Even after we told them our only goal was to find a vehicle that would reduce our current monthly payments, the idiot employee asked us "Oh, you are'nt able to increase payments?" Kosten, the employee who told us to show up out front and "he would greet us" was no where to be found after arriving. After waiting inside near his office, he was seen entering from the rear of the building and reeked of cigarettes and was obviously sweaty. This place is horrible honestly don't waste your hard earned money. Thanks for nothing.

I went to by a car with them they told me that I was approved. I drove the car home 3 weeks later I get a call back to return there car because they said I wasn't approved n to return the car ASAP. When driving the car home I noticed that it wasn't cleaned in the inside.I had to pay close to 150 to get it clean also the car had no fuel it shot off on me before I could get to the closest gas station. Later came to find out from my layer that I was a victim of on the spot delivery scam. After that I haven't been able to get a hold of any one there they won't answer my phone calls.

As for the sales reps everyone was welcoming but as for the KIA name in general the vehicles suck! My husband bought a 2016 KIA Sedona not even a year old yet and it seems like I've gone to get it services every month. First off the vehicle was full of little ants from being under a tree at the dealer and nothing was done about it then about a week after we purchased it we got some heavy rain and the water was leaking into the back tailgate, I took it in for service twice before they could figure out what was wrong with it. So now my van smells humid :-( on top of that they put a scratch on the tailgate and wanted me to take it back a third time to buff it out and eliminate the odor inside, I was already there for over 3 hours and I understand they are busy but my issue should of been a priority especially with me living 2 1/2 hours away so nothing was ever done about that. Well to continue after about a month my husband noticed that the navigation screen was pushed in from one side and popping out from the other side so I took it in for service and they said some screws were loose. Then one day my kids wanted to watch a movie on the DVD player and when they tried lifting the screen it was jammed again I took it in for service and they said some screws were loose that didn't allow it to open back up. I recently just took it in again because the traction light was coming on and the brakes would make a cracking sound and jam up, I was told the hubs needed to be replaced so they ordered parts and I have to go in once more to get them put on. I'm sorry but their service sucks and I will never buy a KIA again or recommend it to anyone. They need to better prioritize their customer service and I believe I deserved a full tank of gas and complimentary detailing for missing work and driving 2 1/2 hours to and from the dealer numerous times for non sense issue that a brand new vehicle shouldn't be having! To add to my issues with Kia the lights on the interior of the van don't work either, omg idk what's next or if it's even safe to drive this Sedona anymore.
