I got interested in a white 2011 Toyota Prius they now have. I was interested in swapping my 2014 Elantra for it (so I'd get better gas mileage and get $$$ back). Someone named Ashley Stone told me via email that "I could probably swap them and get a positive amount back for the Prius", meaning that I'd probably get cash back on the swap. I told them I'd be up the next day to drive the car. I drove the car with Jessica Bellamy with me (their sales lady). They drove my very nice car and gave me an offer of $5850 + my car for the 2011 Prius, after she told me via email that I'd "probably get cash back". I was shocked and a little angry. Then he said $5150 + my car. Needless to say. I refused and drove back to Johnson City. So I wasted 70 minutes to drive there, plus the time wasted driving the car and talking to their sales people. Probably 2 to 3 hours of time I wasted dealing with people who are obviously incompetent. I'd never deal with these clowns again. Beware, they can't be trusted for anything they say. They will turn around and stiff you no matter how far you drove to get there. And their "man" follows up and says there are 2 sides to every story What a liar!!! They set up a bait and switch. Plain and simple. You can trust them as far as they can be thrown. Two faced liars is what they are. Take my word for it and hang onto your wallet.
Hey, Joseph. As we all know, there are two sides to every story. Treating our employees respectfully, however, is something we stand behind strongly. We wish you well in your future endeavors.

Just purchased a new 2019 Ram 1500 at Friendship. In total, spent maybe an hour and half onsite. Dale and the other staff were very helpful. Picked out the truck online, looked at it yesterday, picked up a freshly detailed truck today. I look forward to dealing with Friendship in the future.
Thanks for the kind words, Jeremy, we love to hear about great customer experiences! Enjoy your new truck and we look forward to helping you again soon! Welcome to our Friendship Family!

There's a major reason for this company's name, Friendship. Not only is a customer made to feel at home, but made to feel like a "friend," and not just another prospect or number. This was my first experience with Friendship (recommended by my daughter) and from the time I walked in to the financial aspects of the purchase, I was treated "like family." Mr. Deeb answered every question with professionalism and never did I feel pressured into purchasing something I didn't want. And, having driven Chrysler products my entire life, something I will continue to do, the next time I need a new car, or I hear of someone needing that new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, I'll send them to Friendship.

Could not have had a worse experience buying first car and taking to get fixed. Lifetime warranty is complete scam, doesn't cover clutch in a vehicle with only 67000 miles, had to get loaner first month I had it because battery issues that still haven't been fully fixed and lost the casing off my engine and have "no idea where it coulda run off too hehe" so yeah definitely don't go there to buy for lifetime warranty or any form of mechanical job. Also informed there is no longer a car loaner program when it's in the shop they just offer discounted rental so... They do offer multiple ways to get milked out of money for life of your car... YaY!!!!! This place is truly a lifechanger and gives me absolutely no belief in the system and large corporations...

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed working with Mitch Hooper, he helped take the stress out of buying a new vehicle and even kept an eye on my 91-year-old mother while I completed the paperwork!
We appreciate you for letting others know about your experience! If you ever need anything in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. Take care! Sincerely, The Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Team

I loved my experience thanks to Sean Dison. This was my first time buying a car and I was very apprehensive. Sean came over to me and was very friendly right away. He offered to let me test drive the car but put no pressure on me to do so. throughout my time at the dealership he was willing to assist me in anyway possible. I would definitely send anyone looking for a new car to Sean and Friendship Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

I've bought 2 vehicles from this place and have been treated great by everyone there except for one of the financing department managers named Dominic Nicastro. He has to be one of the worst business related people I've ever dealt with. I would call him and have to leave numerous voice mails. He still wouldn't return my calls. I finally got a hold of him one day and scheduled an appointment to meet him to change some things with my financing. I drove an hour to get there and found out from one of his co-workers that he had taken the rest of the day off. The Manager of the establishment spoke with me and was everything taken care of. I would recommend that if you are going to purchase a vehicle from there, to ask for someone in the financing department other than Dominic Nicastro.

Five stars is the most that Google will let me rate them. However, if I could rate them ten stars I would. Every aspect of the entire process has been excellent from answering my questions I had when I saw it online, to following up when there was a problem. There are lots of dealerships that can do a great job of selling you a car and making the process go smoothly, but, what sets them apart is they took care of me when something was wrong. I purchased a 2012 Acura MDX from them and two days later the transmission started acting up. So, I called in to speak with the used car manager mentioning the problem and that I may want to bring it back because they had a 3 day policy of if you're not satisfied return it. He took the time to listen and discovered that we really like the car otherwise and really wanted to keep it. He instructed me that he would take care of it no matter what just bring it in for them to check out. So we brought it in and I learned that the manager who promised me that was no longer with them that he had chosen a different type of work. Before leaving he instructed the service department that he had promised to take care of us and they followed up with that. This is where I can say that many dealerships woul've taken the easy way out and said that guy is no longer with us and I dont know what he promised you. Instead they got me a rental car and proceeded to take my car to the Acura dealer in town. The Acura dealer attempted to do a trial fix of what Acura had recommended. After trying that the transmission acted up again. So again, Friendship was involved setting up another look at the vehicle and this time we discovered that it was going to need a new transmission. The estimates for this were around $3500 so I became nervous that they would honor this eventhough all along they assured me they would. Meanwhile, they also provide a 3 month 3,000 mile powertrain warranty on every car they sell. So we were going to try to use this, after all that's what warranties are for. That's when I learned the warranty company started giving me the run around on the warranty. So, I called Dominic at Friendship and explained what was going on. Again he reassured me that they would do as they said. He really took the bull by the horns and called them to see what was going on. After the warranty company gave him the runaround also, he realized that none of this was getting our vehicle done any quicker, so he called the Acura dealer to tell them to start the repair. I got the call this morning from the Acura dealer that the vehicle was ready for pickup and that Dominic had already paid for the repair which was done 3 days early. I drove an 1:30 minutes each way to buy the car from them and will shop there for my next vehicle as well. If anyone is ready this wondering wether or not this is a trustworthy dealership, I can say without hesitation they are. Thanks again to Tom and Dominic and everyone else at Friendship.

The overall buying experience wasn't too bad.....of course; what car salesman doesn't want your money. But, it's what has not happened since is what makes this barely a 2 star for me. 3 days after taking the truck home the gear turn knob started making a noise....I called left message and text. They called me back and said they never heard anything like it and to take it to dealer by my home. I did that and this dealer told me those gear knobs make that noise. Ok, I relayed the message and said no we don't think so. Well, it's been almost 4 weeks and still nothing from them. Also, I have a 30 day tag from them that will expire in 6 days because they still haven't processed my check for the DMV to get my tags here in WV. I've messaged and called.....so, if you experience any problems after your purchase here.....good luck. The RAM is a great truck but I wish I would of stuck to Chevy and customer service I know I can get.
