I recently went through the refi process with Mike and was relieved that a normally frustrating and daunting experience could actually be a pleasant one! Having done this once before w/o achieving a successful result, I was not looking forward to another dreadful scenario. Mike was able to explain the process to me in layman's terms and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole exercise. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions and guided me from start to end, not allowing me to skip a beat!
