Refinancing with Freedom Mortgage was the worst mistake we made. They have handled our transition SO poorly. Our property taxes and home insurance policy are both paid out of escrow. They told us they would take care of the transition and handle it. We have received delinquent notices for both -- we are now MONTHS late on both bills because Freedom Mortgage did not follow through.

I’m so mad our loan was bought by them! They harass us DAILY about refinancing and now have added taking out a home equity loan! I’m about to switch my loan to someone else! Ridiculous!

I do not recommend. 45 minutes to get through to a rude rep that was not helpful at all. Simply needed payoff statement in order to sell my house. Called back another 45 minutes got a friendly rep who guaranteed I would have the statement by end of business. Big surprise another hour on hold still don’t have the documents I need to close on my home. Terrible experience

I received a post card from these people showing my current mortgage information, this was an advertisement from them, it was not in an envelope, just a post-card for all to read. Do they think that everything should be made available for anyone to read? Their answer to my concern was the information is available to anyone who might request it, my guess is that now my neighbors, the mailman and anyone else that may have handled that postcard no longer needs to request this information.

Loan officer left us hanging a month prior to closing. We had everything going for us but our loan officer was not following up with us through the process. I had to let her go..and move on.

Very very poor company do not use them if you have a choice. They don't do what they say
