Best team in the City. My visit to this location has always been a pleasant one. Kerry-Ann has become my personal banker. I have followed her from Darby to Eddystone and now to University City. She goes above and beyond for each of her members. I have referred all my friends and family to her and they have all experience great and professional service. I love this team!
We're so appreciative of your feedback. Thank you for choosing us and spreading the word to your friends and family. As always, we'll pass this review along to our teams!

This call center customer service sucks. Before they actually do their jobs and look at your account they Get smart and try to yell you that you're wrong without accessing and taking a look, they are so rude. Yesterday I contacted them for a double charge, ms nicole answered and before even taking a look into my account she tried to get smart and state that a pending hold would still show even after it was posted to my account. When I asked her if she can please do her job and open my account to make sure that's when she informed me that pending was supposed to expire at 4:49am 01/29/2019. But it, didn’t she then tried to change the tone she set from the beginning of the call. She the. Informed me that that pending amount will fall off and that it didn’t charge me twice. Well, as of 01/30/2019 I go into my account and see that I was indeed charged again for the same transaction. So I contacted the call center again and got yet another disrespectful rep who told me to go the bank to dispute after I explain to her about the conversation from nicole. When I asked to speak to her manager, she then hung up on me

Worse branch out of all the branches I’ve been to. Every time I come to this branch there’s a problem either the customer service sucks or they just give me some lame excuse not to give me MY money. For instance I’ve been cashing my check for the pass 6-7 months at the Havertown branch and when I go in to cash my check I ask for money back out of the check that I’m cashing and they give it to me with NO problem. Mind you I get paid every week so I’m cashing a check every week. Today I go to the Drexel university branch to cash my check the teller tells me I can only deposit my check and I can’t get any money until it clears with in 1-2 business days. WHAT?! Then the tellers tells me to go talk to the supervisor. I proceed to her, her name starts with a “R” I don’t remember it. So I tell her the teller sent me over to you then tells her the situation and that I never encountered this problem at the other branch. She gives me nothing but attitude then says she don’t about that and that she not even the supervisor. SO WHY AM I TALKING TO YOU?? Long story short they gave me my money but all the extra antics was unnecessary. I try to stay away from that branch but I couldn’t make it to my normal branch yesterday so I had no other choice. It’s just a unpleasant experience every time I go in there and it shouldn’t be that way. It’s almost every time I go in there it’s a problem or a attitude I have to deal with. Not cool.
Thank you for your response. Since we can't tell who you are from the post, we would recommend calling our Member Service Center (610-325-5100) and we will route you to our District Manager who can discuss the issues more closely with you.

Shady bank took all the money I had sitting in the account. They just told me it was gone and they could do nothing. Oh and they told me the gave the rest to the state but won’t tell me what state.
Hi Bobby. We're sorry to hear you're having an issue. Please call our Member Service Center for assistance. We'd be happy to review the situation again.

Always the best service. The only thing they should change is giving unlimited debit like other credit unions..and that will seal the deal.
