So quick and easy. The walked me through every step of the process, sent regular communication emails, and checked to see if everything was okay. This was the best experience that I have ever had with a home loan.

I am pleased with all aspects of the loan process and the personnel I dealt with. Spring EQ was truthful, efficient, and communicated promptly. I am however extremely surprised and disappointed that payments can NOT be made online! Hope they take action and provide this service to customers soon! My experience in the loan process was great. From start to finish things went very smoothly. My biggest complaint is how hard it is to get information on my loan now that it is being serviced. I can't get any info online and when I call in I am getting an answering machine. Seems very unprofessional. Websites with information on the loan are the bare minimum standard these days and being able to accept payments is something that all financial companies should have... most do.
