    We send an email to Lincoln and immediately received a response to our question. Set up an appointment and within less then 2 hours we test drove and signed for out new Lincoln SUV LOVE IT and loved the service we have received so far.

    Had a little snafu with the 800 call center that promised me a discounted service for an oil change, lube, tire rotation, etc. They neglected to indicate that it did not apply to diesel vehicles. Megan and Paul were very helpful and gracious. Apologized for the misinformation and did discount my service. Good job guys, appreciate it.

    Had an oil change. They washed my car & rotated my tires at no additional cost. The wireless internet in the waiting room was fast. And while it cost about $20 more than where I usually go, when you figure in the other services....seems to balance out.

    Would give 0 stars if they'd let me. Started working with a salesman about a used car on a Saturday. Emailed/text back and forth a few pictures of trade in so he could get me a price to finalize my financing. Tried to contact salesman several times over the next week and finally got in touch with another sales guy the following Friday only to find out the truck had been sold that morning to someone else.

    This is a rare bread of dealership. I would rate most dealers a two or three star at most. This dealer has an outstanding selection of vehicles. A no pressure policy with at front discounts. Friendly staff that is under no pressure to push products.

    I took in my 2013 Ford Fiesta for an Engine Malfunction light and an oil change on Thursday. They did the oil change that day but apparently didnt have time to diagnose the dash light. I received a call Friday morning on what the light issue was and that the car would be ready at the end of the day. Called 6:30pm to get an update only to find out that the service department had closed at 6pm and I never got a call notifying me that the car would not be ready. Looking at the other bad reviews on this dealership has me mad because I have a feeling they dont care about me as a customer and they dont care about fixing my car. Hopefully, my engine malfunction issue is fixed and I get my car soon.

    This dealership is horrible. I bought Lincoln, which by the way ended up being a lemon. The car would not start at times or it would just stop completely while driving on the freeway. After arguing with multiple associates from Ford. They agreed to a trade in for another vehicle on their lot. Another mistake. I ended up replacing the transmission on the Nissan. Talk about being beyond angry and annoyed. Now I have been receiving delinquency notices from the DMV stating that I have failed to renew the vehicle registration for the Lincoln that was returned to the dealer. I have tried to contact the dealership, but my calls have not been returned. I hate even giving this dealership 1 star.
