I moved into Rock Creek Springs apartments. During the pandemic, I lost my job and ended up missing rent for three months. I moved out in December 2020 and told the apartment that i would pay them monthly. After I moved out, I was unable to send the apartment any more money. A few months later, I got a call from FMS saying I owe three months rent and they wanted $400 per month. I told them I could do $150-200 per month and she hung up. I called them a few weeks later to try to handle it and spoke with a lady who was very apologetic. I explained that I can only manage $150-200 per month and then she hung up! These people are crooks!

This company is a joke! The majority of their employees are rude, and in March I did a settlement and as of today 7/14/22 they still have not notified their client Renown that it was satified! I call every month and have sent emails, NOTHING has been done!

I moved into a apartment Franklin Park apartments, before moving in the rental office said how much I needed and what needed to move in. We gave them first months rent and security deposit. Come to find out the tell me the never received the check took to court for rent not pay, come to find out check was on someone else desk. Long story short I ended up moving out do to them asking me to leave and going back to court with them. I was there for three months I owe them one month and they add on the ssp with it that they have already gotten. This company came and put it on my credit report for three times the amount that was agree to in court. Call them to try to handle it and spoke with this guy Micheal Taylor rude as all out doors. I told him everything that happened and he was this is what the apartment complex is reporting, I let him know it was in correct. Doing this pandemic they call too see if I wanted to work with them, when I did they didn’t I said no. Just looking at my credit report they have inquired twice on my credit report and hard require. This company needs to be taken to court on how they do business. They do not report thing correctly, they do fraudulent things as a reporting fraudulent and paperwork.

Actually do what they say and not have an attitude in doing so. I was improperly charged from my former appartment complex, but in an effort to not have it on my credit I paid them through this company. After calling over 2 weeks prior to cancel a payment the payment was still drafted overdrawing my account. I called and the guy swore he couldn't anything because Taylor Michaels (the guy who handles my account) wasn't in yet. After raising my voice he comes back to tell me he refunded the payment and cancelled all the others. I later received a phone call from Taylor apologizing claiming he didn't do it on purpose he just didn't update the system (that was the only reason I called mind you). three days later and I still have no refund and I doubt they or my bank will refund my overdraft charges. Beyond angry mistakes like this are unacceptable and contrary to his apology I feel it was done on purpose as he called me a couple days after cancelling the payment trying to convince me not to cancel it. Unless you have time and money to waste don't deal with this company. In addition they don’t abide by the guidelines set forth by the fdcpa act. When they make initial contact with you they are supposed to send you whatever proof they have validating the debt within 5 days. A letter stating if you have any objections to said debt to contact them within 30 days, I was sent the proof when I requested it a month later and i was never sent the letter about objecting to the debt. They also pull your credit and claim that it's legal to do so. The pull shows as an installment loan inquiry.

I was contacted by James Mellon regarding an account from Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station. I had spoke to the leasing office Manager regarding my account that I going to pay my remaining balance by the End of December 2019 which I just moved out on November 2019 So it have been 2 weeks since I moved out and my remaining balance is half of my month rent. But anyways the Point I'm trying to make is that This Guy name JAMES MELLON Has been calling & Threaten me and my Fiance for the past week, He's rude and nasty and at this point I'm scare for my life because he told me to watch my back because he have my personal information. Also the moment I hang up the phone yesterday 12/17/19 He submitted a report to the credit companies. I can't believe they have people like that working there. I understand they have to collect money for those account but they can't treat us like we are animal. If they continue threaten me and my family I'm going to submit a police report. I hope more people report this Animals!!!!!!!!!!

Was contacted about a debt I owe an apartment but the caller could not explain to me what the charges were for, which were most likely bogus. I told them to send me a copy of the receipts from the apartment complex to ensure that what I was being charged was actually what the apartment complex had paid for in damages (allegedly). Mind you the apartment never reached out to me to resolve anything with me after I moved, and apparently sent the debt straight to this company. I told the caller that they have the wrong one, and he will not be getting any commission off of me. This must of pissed him off, so he started calling me irresponsible and how he doesn't like people that don't pay their bills. I told him I didn't like crooks and that I will see him and/or the property owners in court. These people are despicable!

ZERO customer service skills. Rude as all outside and WILL hang up on you. Will threaten you with court . As long as you know your rights, try to find a different way to take care of any debt before calling these rude people . Angie Wright being one & Max Price being another. I don’t see how or why this company is even open. Their website states they “collect debt better than any other company” ...... I wouldn’t doubt it since they think they can talk to people how ever they feel like it and then try to put fear into them. I’ll leave it at that because all I really want to say, will make me seem like a person I’m truly not... I am genuinely disturbed by how these people carry themselves smh

These people illegally pull your credit score despite the fact that they are not supposed to. Verify your credit score and report them!!!

It should be 0 stars. I have had the worst experience with this agency for years. The customer srvice is deplorable including some guy name Buddy Love Or Buddy Young. No that name is not a joke. I had a collection that was illegally put on there, including the fact it was dismissed from the courts.They ALSO RAN MY CREDIT FOR NO REASON. When they did put it on there, the amount was WRONG . Then after it was paid it was STILL NOT REPORTING ACCURATLY. I had to call my LAWYER who sent them a lovely letter to fix it and then I had to dispute it myself as well. However, EXPERIAN removed with no problem after they saw the balance was $0. trust me when I say, they are the worst and disgusting. I worked very hard for my 700 credit score and the fact that they cant even properly address their errors is absurd. I don't ever have to deal those misreable human beings again.

I called back requesting to speak to someone else other than Josh W. Hudson and was advised the he is the boss and he answers to the owner of the company and that there is no one to assist me with getting this issue resolved. I do not like the tone that this companies representative has taken with me on several occassions. I have asked for my case to be trasferred to someone that can help assist me and everytime I get this Josh W. Hudson and his short impatient and condesending attitude. He has told me that I am not a cutomer and I am a debitor and I have no right to ask to be assisted by someone that speak to me in a better tone. They continue to run your credit as though this is an installment loan in which it is not. Granted my credit is not the best and have paid off at least 4 things so far but I will tolerate this type of behavior no of my other creditor take this time with me not even my dad when he was living this is harassment and abuse and they need to be stopped.
