This has been the worst banking experience. I never leave reviews as a previous business manager leaving a bad review is the absolute worst. However this bank has been nothing but unprofessional since day one. I opened my account and the person who did my paper work didnt even get me to sign all of the paper work. Two weeks after I opened the account they called me to come in to sign the paper at that point I had not recieved my debt card yet. (Two weeks after opening an account with almost a thousands dollars in it.) I asked about it and was told it was just ordered that day it would be a whole week before I got it. The branch manager tried to calm me down "by putting some money into my account to make up for the inconvenience." I got iffy at that point and pulled all my money until my card arrived. At this point I'm not even using the bank as i want to be cause of that alone...then I get my card and I cant use it at different atms. Now I've been over drafted after I was told if there was money in both accounts that will not happen. And it did. Absolutely no professionalism. Horrible customer service. I will be closing this account and leaving bad reviews everywhere I can!

This place is AWESOME! They have always treated me with respect, and I feel like they value me not only as a customer but as a person. Kathy and her team are amazing!

I have used Florida Central for the last 30 of the 35 years of my life and would not go anywhere else. The employees have been there for years and they not only know their jobs but know you as a customer on a personal level as well. I come from a family of 10 5 of which still have an account here. Two have pasted away and two have moved out of state and well the other just does not use a bank at all. I have an account at Sun Coast Credit Union as well for a boat loan I pulled two years ago and there is no comparison. As soon as my loan is up I am canceling my service with SCCU. They are all about the money and their customer service is like talking to a wall. I highly recommend FCCU.

I want to voice my appreciation for the staff at the Lakeland branch. I have been coming here for a few years now and I can honestly say I have always been treated great by the whole staff and I mean it, everyone. So I just wanted to say I appreciate you all.
