Bankers were supportive about my concerns. They were patient in getting the accounts started due to my work schedule (3rd shift) and other interruptions. Big reason for choosing Flagstar: it has a branch within a block of my office.

Inside clerks are very slow, i am currently writing this review at their front desk waiting on a withdrawal of under 5k that is taking over 20 minutes. Not to mention I called before coming to make sure they had the specific amount. Still alone at the front desk waiting for an employee to come back.

I am a longtime business customer of Wells Fargo. I had my 10month old daughter with me and stopped into this branch to open a new business account. I had to use the restroom as I had been driving for a while before getting here. They refused to let me use the restroom that employees have and made me go to a nearby gas station which only had an employee restroom as well. Happy to see the gas station attended had more customer service sense to let me use their restroom....

I am a previous Wells Fargo customer, and have been happily for several years. Flagstar stepped in and bought the Indiana branches, and have know about this transaction for the better portion of the year. They failed to send out debit cards, checks, and other pertinent account information prior to the exchange. Their websites publicly stated that ATMs would be operable until Friday 11/30 at midnight, which they were not. And Wells Fargo was not made aware of that time frame. Their online banking is still down and is quoted to be down until 12/4, according to the 888 number you can call. The 888 is now just a recording, you cant even access a live person or a menu option. No one can see their account balances, and the banks are all packed in person. This was absolute insanity to botch something this big, right after Thanksgiving, the first weekend of the month and right before Christmas. They lost at least 1 customer, I'm sure there will be more to follow.

Everyday is worse. One day I can receive money, another day I can't receive money. I try to transfer money by zelle, and for security, the bank stopped the transaction for only $20!!!!! It is the same If I transfer money to the same person $1 or $200. So if you call customer service on weekend, forget it, you have to wait until Monday to resolve the problem. So you can't move your money freely I'm going to close my account. I have a lot of headache from all of this. It's enough

All I'm gonna say is this Wells Fargo seriously need some professional customers service and people that knows exactly what they are doing in there if you know what I'm saying! Now I have to start traveling across town to deal with people that know what to do instead of going a couple streets over....Iooks like I'm going to have to switch banks.
