Firstmark Credit Union Potranco Rd, San Antonio

Ariana assisted us in applying for a loan. She gave us several options that would benefit our needs. We decided to go with a refinance of our existing loan with cash back. Ariana has always been our go-to person at Firstmark.

Jeanette was so awesome. I walked in around closing time. I just needed a simple answer to a question but ended up discussing other options. I felt bad because it was late but Jeanette assured me it was fine. After we completed application she promised to follow up. She did exactly that! I had the best experience at the Potranco location. First mark been a REAL let down lately. Called several locations to see if they had a change counter. Can’t get a hold of anyone. Left a call back # and got called back. Was informed ALL locations had a change counter. I went to the location on Culebra and 410. Turns out they don’t have one yet. Was advised to go to location on potranco. Upon arriving at location on potranco the power the power went out(I guess first mark didn’t pay electric bill). So I was escorted out and told to go to Culebra and 1604. No thanks. I wouldn’t refer my WORST friend to Firstmark! DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!!!

Spent 6 hours at the car dealer, most of which were waiting on Firstmark. Could have been 5 stars, however they just didn't get back in a timely manner.

Very professional and knowledgeable answered all my questions and questions I should have asked. The whole process never seemed rushed. It was great experience!
