Be careful with the drive thru tellers. They try to multi task and screw things up often. It’s happened to me a few times.

Every time that I have entered this particular location, regardless of a long line, all of the customer service representatives are able to effectively and quickly get customers taken care of.

I was assisted by Julia and was provided in depth information about goals I wanted to achieve financially. Julia went above and beyond when it came to assisting me and I am glad I went to Navy Federal.

I love this branch! I had a remarkable experience with Priscilla and Stephen. I walked into the branch worried because I had recently noticed fraudulent charges made using my account. Priscilla was very efficient, kind, and informative with helping me respond to this issue accordingly. We disputed the charges, and she also helped me get a new card number to prevent the transactions from reoccurring. We got to talking about credit, which is when Stephen so kindly gave me a crash course on understanding how to manage and build my credit! Wonderful branch and wonderful staff! *smiles*

Been a member for about 30 years if not more, never had a major problem unless it was my fault. Awesome credit union

They make you wait outside when the bank is empty to make it seem busier than it actually is.

I had a serious issing going on with my finances and they were able to help me out very quickly. Love this bank.

It would be nice if they posted they were not open on Saturday anymore. Such a headache and with only 5 in San Antonio its ridiculous.

Only one teller available in the lobby at the 151 branch on a Saturday Before a holiday. . 3 other tellers talking and doing other things.

You need to update your hours here instead of making the customer find out after driving here to see a note on the door.
