Firstmark Credit Union N Loop, San Antonio

After having a couple of frustrating issues come up with FirstMark, Priscilla at the Legacy location took care of matters and set everything straight. I greatly appreciate her understanding why I upset and taking the time to research and resolve the problem. No bank or credit union is perfect, but it's people like her that keep members/customers loyal and coming back. She deserves a raise! I was not in a great mood when I talked with her, but she was extremely professional and kind and in the end, I'm sure we will have a great relationship for a long time to come!!

I had an incredible and satisfactory experience with Ms. Rosaura Sagredo. Her attention to people is like none other and is always attentive to helping others as much as possible. She is a professional and efficient worker who sure knows how to make you feel at home. I highly appreciate everything she has done for my family and I and we couldn't ask for better customer service from someone!

SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE EVER! There are only 2 drive through lanes at this location and it seems that there is only one person working the drive through at any time. The tellers are friendly and courteous enough, but be prepared to WAIT a significant amount of time for drive through transactions.

What are they hiding that they are unwilling to post or let you call the branches directly. I have spent more than 3 hours on hold (and that is just today) trying to get their mistake fixed. It is still not fixed! I have already gone to the inconvenient location once and sent an hour there (there are not any convenient ones anymore because they closed them and are not open on the weekends)

Staff was quick and friendly, very informative and professional.
