I have to agree with the one star reviews. I came inside to avoid the long car wait to make a deposit. Both customer service reps I spoke with were disinterested in helping me beyond making the deposit. I also noticed the mask mandate is not enforced, the pens are not sanitized between users, and there is not hand sanitizer in the lobby. Won't be back.

this place is a joke. time and time again one teller has gaslit my elderly grandmother into not being able to control her own account. she wasn’t allowed to have online banking anymore and they even tried to convince her that her care taker had been taking money from her even though there was proof that she was the one taking the money out of her own account. she’s finally moved banks and will NEVER be back to this one. it was ridiculous.

I have left many compliments with different branches and locations for First Bank as we got several accounts of them and normally they have got the best customer service. However I did have a very terrible experience yesterday with whoever I was interacting with that led to my first official complaint. As I don’t really see complaints as necessary however having a business account I felt the manner of the request and how it was addressed from the individual for First Bank handled it in a very disrespect way. Today the branch manager Melanie called and followed up on the complaint, I felt very heard, I felt my complaint was taken seriously and more importantly be used as a training for customer Service especially business to business customer service. Melanie you did a great job I thank you very much!! I am obviously going to stick with you as I have had 1000 more a great experiences than this one Terrible one yesterday. I'm writing this review because I use to bank at this bank for a long time. I ended up having a medical issue that ended up getting me kicked out of the bank because my account went in the negative. Found out my stimulus is going to this bank. I lost my job because of the pandemic. And I really need this stimulus. I went in today to see if they would accept the check and I could pay off the negative balance and get my check Wednesday. The Manger wouldn't even give me the time of day and she said NO. Now mo check for 5 weeks. . Dont bank here, should be just a number.

Every single month we come on the same day to withdraw money out of our account to pay our rent every time my wife uses her debit card with pin and it’s never a problem. Today My wife waited over an hour in line to withdraw money and they denied her because she didn’t find her ID and the lady didn’t care at all. We will be switching banks to chase

No thank you! no nothing!! at this locations drive through for the 3rd time. It isn't the small local Colorado bank for you anymore. Feels as the customer service doesn't appreciate my banking. If I ran my small business like this, I'd be in trouble. Re-edit : 8-31-20 This location will be loosing a first bank customer. So unprofessional on how they conduct a professional business personality. My small company would go belly up if It was like this place.

I think this is the fourth time My money has got stolen or “redirected” and they can’t explain why I’m losing money. They don’t have anything straight. If you deposit on Monday you will get an ATM receipt that your balance is positive but the next day will be negative again. A SCAM Money constantly getting drained out of account by fraud charges, no security on accounts.. inconvenience central.. you deposit money into your account then your information gets stolen (or sold I am thinking bc it happens so freely and often) then it’s two weeks or more before you get a new card. So say “too bad” to paying bills you deposited money to pay, too bad if you need to pay your rent w your banked money- it’s frozen. Has happened to Me 5 times this year. This place is a joke. Most all employees are young and unhelpful. The girl today told me My account is susceptible to fraud hacks bc I overdrafted twice last month. How does that even connect?????!!!! Definitely changing banks. FURTHERMORE THEY CHARGE YOU $10 to just have a debit card First bank is a JOKE Don’t bank with them Save yourself

I've been banking here for the last 4 years and have never had an issue. The wait can be long at times but the employees are very friendly and organized. Thank bank is clean and comfortable. On a side note, the 24 hour customer service is just wonderful, very convenient and quick.

I went in with a big banking issue. Left with a bigger one. 5 different people from 1st bank online banking and 2 different branches. They cant keep track of of few hundred of my dollars how can they keep track of the 30,000 that goes through my account a month. I'm done.

The worst bank I have every dealt with. Horrible customer service. My account was hacked twice 2 months after opening it. I was accused of doing it myself even the transactions were over a 100 mile from where I live. It took them almost 6 months to investigate. Then they found I was in the right and I received no phone call, but I received many phone calls when I was being accused.
