First Texas Homes - Inspiration Emerald Bay Ln, St Paul

Went by the model home with my husband and no one there, waited and assumed sales person might be showing a house to someone else. Went on to see all the other builders. Returned a week later with my mother to try again (this time only to see this particular builder) and sales rep just sat at her seat typing in her office when we walked in. She barely looked at us even though we greeted her with a Hello. When we finished viewing the model home we needed pricing info and we stood there watching her small talk with the hoa lady while blocking the front door, she still ignored us as we stared at her. We decided to just fumble through all the paperwork and look for the prices on our own (Saying I can’t find them loudly)... right in front of her. We did not end up finding the pricing info (this was obvious) and she still continued to watch us and small-talk while blocking the front door. So we decided to leave though the other front door, but we discovered there was no walkway to the sidewalk. We were forced to walk in-between the sales women and hoa lady in order to leave. It was so awkward. We excused ourselves between the two ladies and another worker and there was no Can I help you?, Do you have any questions ?, Have a nice day, Thanks for stopping by.....nothing, we were ghosts to her. It was obvious to two individuals with graduate degrees that this woman did not want to sell us a house. We are Spanish with a light complexion. We have never been racially profiled, but we now know what it feels like now. We had an awful experience with this builder. We will not be buying from this builder as a result. Sad thing is, my husband and I had already picked a floor plan we liked with them and narrowed our future purchase down between this and one other builder. They definitely made our choice easier with our horrible coustomer service experience.
