    Horrible Customer Service!! Ever since First Tech switched owners, the quality of First Tech’s Service is horrible. I recently spoke with a Customer Service representative that couldn’t even find my account by exact number or by my name. The individual sounded High or drunk on the phone, slurring their words while doing nothing. In the background was a bunch of voices indicating a call-center and outsourced service. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was put on hold for five minutes. The individual picked up and actually said exasperatedly sighing, “You’re still there?... Fine! I’ll just transfer you to someone else... is this debit or credit?” I responded, “No, I’ve supplied my account twice”.. To which she said “Someone will contact you in one business day. How was your experience today?”... Horrible!! Contact by email now receives Offshore templates in response and invalid information. Trying to get ahold of anyone who actually works for First Tech is impossible and gets a response of “...will contact you in one business day.”... and there is Zero follow-up. The “new” First Tech is like the “new” Coke... an apple that has fallen FAR from the tree!

    Help I have been held captive at the The New First Tech on Cedar Hills like I am waiting to have dinner...the place is ridiculous, I don't understand what they are trying to accomplish! Yikes! Won't be going there again. You give your name to a host like at a restaurant and they ask you to go sit and wait to be called...called for what? Dinner? Why can't they have teller windows like other banks. I don't go to the bank to sit down on a couch. HA! Really messed up! First Tech get a clue and change the Cedar Hills Branch with REAL people helping REAL people....you are not 2019 cool!

    Waste of time going in here. Went to use my shared credit union services, since first tech and my out-of-town CU are part of the same network. (I am a member of both first tech and another CU) I was told that they can’t handle this transaction at this location, and they handed me a list of other places to try instead. I don’t have time to drive around in search of a credit union that can handle my transactions, I expect all branches of first tech to be able to handle all transactions. To send me off to some random “other” CU is pathetic. This account will be closed soon.

    Do NOT use this organization for your financial needs. They are not customer focused - one phone number for customer support. Ridiculous hold time. Want to charge me an inactivity fee for the account I have there that I didn't sign up for. It was opened as a result of my mortgage being sold because they service it. Wish it was still with my original lender.

    Worst experience from a credit union I experienced. First of all it’s near impossible to get through with a phone call, then to get in you need an appointment! Went to sunset federal handled everything in one day

Members are invited into our Experience Centers for face to face interactions preferably by appointment. This means members without appointments may have longer wait times or may need to schedule an appointment for another time. You can schedule an in person or virtual appointment by going to firsttechfed.com/appointments. Virtual appointments are a great way to meet with a First Tech representative without needing to visit an Experience Center. Appointments are not needed to use a drive-thru or ATM. Thank you!

    Love First Tech Federal Credit Union, but not the new location. The easy access is GONE, now we have to battle Beaverton traffic, or go out to BFE to do quick banking. Will look for another Credit Union not in such a congested area.

    Been with First Tech for about 15 years, this is the first time I’ve been really befuddled with their service. The new waiting room situation to talk to a banker is so weird. You check in with a representative and then sit in the back to wait for your name to be called??? Is this a doctors office...or.... Going on 20 minutes of waiting to talk to someone.

    Made cash payment for $600 to be applied to my Credit Cards showing online that only one payment for $300 was made and showing on my online account. Excuses from customer service " Show me the money" ,lucky that I kept the old fashion paper receipt or ????? Horrible experience , fast food feeling!
