Its sad to have 6 year banking relationship you earning interest on my money. I applied for a car loan with a pre-approval from a another lender and First Service would not approve me for nothing. I was able to get approved w two different banks and picking my car up to night can you say I need a new bank. Mellow

I love my bank . The service is excellent. I've been banking w/them since 2012.

Heads Up. I visited this place to get an interest rate for a new car loan. The man who ran my credit had the door open while he talked about my very personal details. That is not okay. He then proceeded to say they would have to be at 8%!! I was shocked my credit was average to good! He then said if I were to buy all these additional things that they would lower it. I walked out of there! I had applied prior to going at Alliant Credit Union online and I was approved for 3.9% then I went through my Toyota dealership and they approved me at 3.6% with a 72 month loan.

I contacted customer service fraud department because of a charge on my card done that I had to verify it. They kept sending me text messages to my phone to contact the fraud department. I obviously made the purchased and tried to verify with customer service. I was transferred to fraud department and I have a Hispanic name and last name, that is hard for people to pronounce or even spell. So I informed the rep. I spoke with, what my name is and gave her all my info to authenticate my bank account. Well the rep. kept telling my name was not on the account. I then spelled my first and last name to her, she said you are not the owner of the account. I told her your obviously wrong transfer me to Spanish rep. I can't speak with you because your not understanding the name on the account. She left me on hold for 10 minutes before I was transferred. Then I was transferred to a Spanish rep. who was able to confirm the information on the account and my bank account charges that I made. What a mess having to speak to a Spanish rep. just because you don't take the time to review the account correctly.

Wow. Just a tip for those applying for a loan here. So applied for loan using link in this branch location, filled and answered everything they asked and submitted. Said we'contact you within 1 business day. 4 days passed, called this branch and was routed to loan department. I asked "When are we going to get a call about our loan application? They said we'll have your loan officer call you back today. 2 days, 3 days, 4 days passed and nothing. So I called again and asked loan department I still have not gotten a call. Then said We'll have your loan officer call you back today for sure another day or 2 passed. Called again and stayed on the phone and said I need to talk to someone, finally we get a hold of someone and after asking basically same questions again we did online they said congratulations your approved for a certain amount. All you need to do is open a checking and savings account. So we filled new accounts applications online to create a checking and savings, put a minimum required deposit and says we'll contact you in a few days. >:( Yes still.......more days pss. Finally get an email asking for ID and a utility bill or lease. So we email and send that in by e-mail by next day and to the loan rep. 2,3,4,5, days pass. I check with them to see what's going on since at this point they had given us a text message number to communicate directly with loan rep. They reply we'll get back to you by end of day , I reply OK. 2-4 days pass and I e-mailed/text again and they said we're just checking to see if the only thing pending is to open a checking account for it to go thru........ Later in the day we get an e-mail. Sorry it's not approved you'll get a letter in the mail. Had us try opening a checking and a savings for a loan that was supposedly approved at first, killed almost a month in time and then told sorry wasn't approved after all that time?. Just wow, could have just gone somewhere else and tried other routes. Forgot to mention this was a person with applying with 760 credit score but there was insufficient credit history for them to approve. If you don't mind wasting a few weeks for a loan approval to then still get e-mailed later it's not approved this is the place.

IF THIS SERVICE CENTER IS AS GREAT AS THE OLD BELLAIRE SERVICES CENTER WAS THIS WILL BE FANTASTIC.HAVING ONE IN THE SUGARLAND AREA.
