First Priority Credit Union Swift St, Boston

Wish customervservice line was open 24/7. I tried to reset my password because my fingerprint login was not working. They sent me a password and somehow I messed up while putting it in and they blog my account. Not happy.

Called 10 in tuesday no call back today 1-6. Have been on hold over 40 min. My card was frozen . not happy. Understand Covid is happen but this is truly unprofessional.

They claim to be a customer friendly bank. They are only friendly when they are taking your money. They charge for every little thing. Its almost impossible to do a wire transfer. The online service is one of the worst possible and must have been designed 15 years ago. I am so disappointed for the lack of concern for long term customer and I cant wait to be away from First Priority Credit Union.

Just straight horrible. No one answered my call. There system was down. I had to pay rent and they told me i could only take out 450 a day. Then when i made a request to get funds out at an atm they told me that unfortunately there system was down.

Hometown Treatment in the City! First Priority Credit Union provides excellent one-on-one service and makes you feel like you are their most important customer. Anytime I go to the branch they always have a warm smile and provide me with friendly, courteous and professional treatment. I love the fact that you can get on and off of Route 1 in Boston to visit the branch. When it comes to banking I would not consider going anyplace else.

They're wonderful, everything about them is great, but they need to update their website, app, and associated technology. I love their manager Lila in particular she is wonderful!! :-)

Got an amazing rate on a loan and great customer service.

The service has gotten much better, staff very friendly, I now give it a 5 star
