Citizens Bank Central Sq, Boston

Just was at this bank.....no money available (deposits only) & same with ATM. 2 Tellers only with HUGE line wrapped around inside and out: I guess fine until while your waiting you see the glass teller windows are all dirty with fingerprints etc (just not clean and noticeable). Floors and rugs have to be cleaned/mopped and swept properly. This is weekend of July 4th. Branch is not good standard and especially knowing this community is all "check cashers" makes it worse.

literally every single time for the past year that i've come here there is always a HUGE line all the way to the door if not going all the way outside and they legit have like one or maybe two tellers working. ATMs are very slow and the line moves even slower. horrible!!!!

An atm is always out, there are no other arms for this bank in the area, Only 2 outside the bank and one of then is constantly out of money. They need to do better.

The bad branch I never see in my life bad Customer service I see 7 or 8 employees doing nothing just charting to each other in Spanish in the front counter I was waiting in the express line for 2 hour just to do my deposit and get some change for my store especially our company deposit a lot of Cash every single day the manager has nothing to do with the management position she can't solve any kind of problem just charting too in Spanish like nothing happen. I will ask my boss to change to an other bank who respect the customers. This location is the stupid one I never see .

Is true they are slow, I went in 3 people working 2 talking 1 said wait a minute while she looks at her computer, didn't wait long cause it was me and another customer no one else but if you have complains call the better business bureau they will look into it..

Teller at this branch is careless about recording deposit checks. Manager has no interest in correcting teller's error. Find another branch!

Literally only one teller while 9 people are waiting. Another worker was at her desk on her cell phone instead of assisting customers

This is the worst bank i have visited. stuff is lazy and customer service is really bad.

The slowest serv ever! Even though, clerks are very nice.

Usually always packed, lines are long but the staff are very nice
