NOT EVEN ONE STAR NEGATIVE STARS Staff is very rude, also when applying for a loan at this location, I was told I would get a call if I got it or not within a few hours. I never got a call back stating anything. The staff is ignorant. Also my account was over drawn and I had no idea why and they told me I transferred money to my other account which left the current account delinquent which was not true at all They said I did it on the ap which I didn’t have the ap and I didn’t even know how to transfer funds at that time. I had to pay all charges.

This bank bought my mortgage and they are NOT customer friendly. I have to have my bank print out a check and mail it to them because they're behind the times. The original bank let me pay everything online real easy. FNB sends me a paper statement in the mail. What year is it again??

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this bank right now. Since the merge from metro to fnb i have had nothing but hassle and problems. Cards stop working, the bank transfers funds from checking to savings (supposedly its over draft protection) without a reason, then charge you ten dollars every time they do it...regardless of the facts funds were always available in both accounts and the transfers were unnecessary. The bank refused to refund any of the 100's of dollars they took without approval or even a clear reason. Have since closed one account and will soon be closing the other and banking elsewhere. The staff is usually rude or short with the customers. Terrible bank, i shiuld have left when the merge happened and everything went to h3ll.

FNB sucks I have it used my account in a mouth I had money in their I even went into this bank and they were saying I was over drafted . So they said it was because of Xbox so I got off that off my account. And never once did they tell me that u didn't sign up for online banking they would start charging my account for every bank statement that's sent too you're house. Well today I called in too find out was going on since I had money in their I was just saving back what I had in their. Now I am in the hole 38 dollars now I have to pay that first before I can close out my account. I miss metro the hassles are horrible I am glad to see I am not the only one that is having problems. I have had problems with this bank for 4 months straight if u start asking questions they turn out say we its not up to us to keep track of you're account. I hope this bank closes they suck

Shortly after the merger they refused to auto pay my DISH. But learned Metro was releasing my funds with wrong expiration date. Kudos to First National! I feel safer with the merger. Also, they reminded me my ID was expired. Thanks!

Absolutely the most rude manager at any bank I've ever been too! No deposit slips available so u have to wait in a line of 6 people with only 1 person working just to get a deposit slip! Again, most rude manager ever!! Must hate his job but most certianly hates customers!

Awful! Fraudulent charge on my account. I asked for a replacement card and they send me a debit card attached to my account with a man's name on it whom I do not know. I opened an account elsewhere and before I could close the account they let an online check go through with no money in the account and then charge me $37 for it.

Crazy how I read all these comments about how rude the workers are. I never had an issue with anyone at this bank even before it changed hands. They were always nice and very helpful to me.

RUDE staff members they would hang up on you when complaining about something!! Alot of my money went missing after the bank had a “system malfunction” the bank app wouldn’t let me sign in, I couldn’t see what was constantly charging me, bank was supposed to give me my money back & NEVER did!! I personally think they’re just stealing money off of costumers!! DO NOT go to this bank!!

The lobby is closed because of the virus and yet every time I come here there is only one teller working....and she is always the slowest teller in the world...they have the window blocked off so they don't have to look at all the angry customers lined up in the drive thru....very sad situation..
