Don’t take my word for it!!! Read the reviews, google the name….it’s the absolute worst bank in Pennsylvania. This bank offers nothing…except rude, slow employees with very lacking training. The only reason they have any customers at all is because they inherited them from their merger. WORST BANK EVER. Pull out your money and RUN!

I'm very hesitant to write a bad review about a business, because usually it causes unwarranted harm, and one bad experience doesn't mean it's a bad business. With First National Bank, however, there has been nothing but bad experiences. I've encountered nothing but rude customer "service" time and time again here, the coin counter in the lobby somehow came up $4 short and they refused to even hear me out, and the online banking is something out of the stone ages. The final straw was another family member having their account closed for over a week with absolutely no notice or explanation due to suspected fraudulent activity. If you want a bank that treats you rudely, and puts your money at risk, go to First National. Otherwise, stay far, far away.

Can't say I've ever had a problem. A lot of the people that work there are friendly. The biggest complaints I've heard is how they are just different from metro. But they are about average in policies compared to other banks. And their hours, despite the cut back from metro, is still longer than that of other banks like Santander.

Went to the bank to make a fast cash deposit and decided to use the drive thru. Sent my money thru and tried to call the attendant, but no response. Sat there for approximatelyb10 minutes until the attendant finally responded. She responded in a scolding manner about how I sent cash thru and provided her no identification. No account card or anything. I stated that had you answered your call when I rang in Inwould have provided it. I took my cash back and used the ATM to deposit it myself. I will be closing all 3 of my accounts at FNB as soon as all outstanding transactions have cleared. This is the most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with.

More about the bank as a whole than this location specifically. I belonged to Metro Bank before they were bought out by First National. While my experience with the tellers has been fine (most are rather pleasant) the corporate policies are horrible; they find every way to slip in "hidden" fees. Want to use a non FNB atm that's surcharge free, sure no problem, it will only cost you $2.50 every time you do so. If you are looking for a new bank, keep looking, because FNBs checking and savings offerings are horrible and they will charge you for everything (they don't even give your first set of checks for free like most banks). I just switched to PeoplesBank and am much happier (more locations, better account offerings, better hours, etc).

I will never do business with this bank chain ever again. Since they were bought out their services have been deplorable at best. Fees for dropping under the min balance. Fees for using any atm but their’s. I stop to cash a check drawn on their accounts and guess what.... a fee! Stay away from them at all costs! Best decision was moving to another bank. If I could give zero stars I would.

By far the worst and hardest bank to deal with. They will fight you every chance they can. Avoid this bank at all costs. I would choose any bank over this one.

I've never posted, good or bad about any business. I concur with the other reviews. Rude, impolite and unhelpful. Seems the employees fail to understand all the customers pay their salary. I wish they worked on tips.

Downright horrible experience. I cannot rate low enough. Will be changing accounts as I have not had one positive experience in years here.
