Your online product is very, very difficult to use. I prefer to do a majority of my banking this way. Last night, and continuing into today, I have not been able to access my personal account info as I am only offered the option of a business account or a retail account at Log-in. I will keep trying the online assistants in AltaVista and have left a message. I look forward to a call back.

I do not personally bank here, but I'm an accountant and several of my local clients do, unfortunately. I have become increasingly disappointed with First National Bank's lack of common, modern-day business services that tens of thousands of banks across the country provide. The most frustrating one is the lack of accountant-only or view-only access to their business accounts. Since it is a liability for both my clients and myself to have full access (especially the kind that would allow me to move funds), it is an industry standard that accountants are provided with view-only access where we can pull statements, see check images, download transactions, connect to bank feeds in accounting software, and so on without having to bother our clients each time. Yet, First National Bank makes all of that impossible and DOES make me have to constantly bug my clients. To top that off, in this very moment, a client of mine cannot even log into their First National Bank online account to download statements for me "because the website is down". This is unacceptable. So, if you're a business owner, I do not recommend this bank to you. First National Bank is not a business-friendly bank at all. Look elsewhere and ensure that your banking institution provides complete business and account management options.
