First Midwest Bank N Cicero Ave, Chicago

This bank won't answer the phone at all. Been waiting to talk to someone all week and I'll be on hold for over 3 hours 5 days in a row with no answer. Unacceptable.

The worst bank in the word. They decline my request to get cash (1000$) from my debit card - visa platinum !!!!! Because I don’t have Illinois ID!!!!! My driver license from Washington!!!!!!! Are u seriously !!!!! Am I in North Korea or in US ???? Incredible that it’s happened in Chicago !!!!!

everyone i have made communicated are all very sweet and helpful. never given problem when talking to everyone there and they are very kind .

Been to this location numerous times. The tellers are very friendly and knowledgeable in what they are doing. They have a great attitude when you approach them. They are always quick to greet you and wish you a good day. All the staff at this location has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Great location.

Most of the employees working here have really bad attitudes. They do not greet you or say thank you. They all don’t know how to smile either. On the other hand I also bank with Bmo and what a difference. They always greet you always say have a great day. I don’t understand the difference between the two banks?

Omg. I have to mentioned I’ve been with First Midwest back (Banco Popular) for around 15 years. I’ve been to other locations like Kedzie(close now) Chicago and Irving park ones and in these locations mentioned above the staff were amazing. But in this location I have to say that have I ever experienced a mistreatment like I did today at this location. The staff have a horrible attitude but not the security guard, he’s very pleasant and always find a way to help you out, yup only him. The other ladies like Adela have a horrible attitude and poor customer service.

This had got to be the dumbest bank ever. Why in the world can you not get CASH that you put in the ATM machine the same day? It's cash not a check. Every other bank you can deposit cash then use it, but not this dumb back.

I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND THERE IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION I AM ALWAYS GREETED AT THE DOOR BY FRANK THE SECURITY GUARD HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE ALWAYS HOLDING THE DOOR OPEN FOR ALL CUSTOMERS I MUST SAY THE TELLERS ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH ROSIE ADELA AND CHRISTINA ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE ON THERE FACE AND ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THERE PERSONALITIES COULD NOT MAKE YOU FEEL ANY MORE APPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER THEY TAKE THERE TIME TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WITHOUT RUSHING YOU IT IS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATIONS BECAUSE OF THE GREAT TELLERS YOU HAVE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I have no words for this branch & staff & security gard. But what I could say is that there are no professionalism in this specific bank I felt so bad and discouraged after I left.

All the employees at the front where you make the deposits have a very bad attitude, the wait is always long the only one who has manners is the security person who opens the door and greets people
