    So I’ve tried calling this morning to dispute a charge that was on my account and no one has respond to my calls. I’ve called multiple times exactly at 9:30am-10:00 and even called well star to get their number and no one has responded I’m about ready to report this company because of how unresponsive and none helpful they have been

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I received a letter in the mail and then one call. I called back and spoke with a rep 2x in one day in reference to a “car accident” I was involved in. I explained that none of the details matched me so they said they would send a fraud report packet. A week later and still nothing. In the meantime, I reached out to the state police department with the police report # they provided me and it turns out NONE of the info matched me except the name. I called this company back first thing the next business day and was told I’d hear back from the original rep I spoke with. By the end of the week - still no call back. Then I get a call from another rep and I ask if he’s spoken to the previous. He says no and I have to repeat everything I’ve already gone through and then add the info about it not even being me. He was rude in response and when I asked to speak with a manager he reluctantly “tried” but “everyone was busy”. As someone who has worked in a claims department I would never speak to a client with such disrespect and would remedy the mistake immediately. I’d also call back my clients when I promised to do so. Disgusting customer service, disrespectful attitudes, and apparently not even intelligent enough to realize they have the wrong person! They also released all the info to me about this other girl… I’m sure she would love to know that her information has been breached.

    It has been a headache dealing with this company. They lack professionalism and honesty. I've requested itemized billing statements for all of my collection accounts in their office, but they do nothing but give me the run around or provide contradicting responses. Considering getting an attorney and the BBB involved.

    These people call every other hour. I’ve asked each person to send an invoice/statement so that I can pay and I get the same lie each time, “we’ve sent it”. They give no details, only an amount. There is no such thing as customer service skills or even decent phone etiquette. No one should be harassed this way at all, let alone for $42. Why are there no notes in their system that tells each person there’s already been a call to this person, do not call until she receives a statement!! All I ask for is a statement!! If I owe, let me see to whom and I’ll pay it. It’s not neurosurgery or rocket science!

    This company calls me every other day about 3 times a day. I answer and no one speaks. The only time someone was on the other end said that I had a bill in collections. When I asked who the bill was from I was placed on hold and no one ever came back. Hard to pay a bill when you don't know what/who/where to pay. . Interesting enough, I have not received a statement nor do I know where I owe this money to. Im reporting this to bbb and my credit agencies.
