TONS OF FEES!!!? Even with good standing account. The employee who signed up my wife was terrible. She did not know what she was doing. First it took her 2 hours to set my wife up when the day before it took me 15 minutes and after everything she still didn't know how to sell her a money order. Then refused to try again or have someone teach her how.. i don't recommend going to this branch to sign up for an account as they lack training..

Don't bank there unless you're flat broke. Wait. Don't bank here. I've been their customer waaaaay too long. They don't care period.

I would like to personally say that if you have ANY opportunity to go to ANY other bank, DO IT! Customer service is a joke, and claims " due to unexpected high call volumes, your wait time will be longer than "normal". THAT IS NORMAL. If you wish to speak to customer service, make sure you have an hour MINIMUM in order to EVEN SPEAK to someone! God awful bank! God awful customer service, what are they good at??? Would've given no stars if possible.

This is the absolute worst Bank I have ever been with, if you have any other option, literally any at all use that. The 7/11 check cashing is more reliable. They take your money (I lost 300$ in over draft fees for 15$) The customer service is terrible. I dont know how they are still in business but the BBB needs to shut them down. After 6 years of being with them I'm finally switching banks. I just cant believe how terrible this bank is.

I really enjoy banking here. The hours are very convenient. Monday thru Sunday. I recommend the checking account and they have another checking plus. I have both. It allows me to save and protect my account from overdraft. You have to track and balance to avoid over drafts. This bank also makes smaller loans and secured credit cards. Car loans and business loans. Sometimes there's a a wait, especially during peak times. I avoid these times. Love this bank.

I’m new to San Angelo and I always have to go to this bank , however, this guy Steven is always so rude and ugly towards me. He gives me attitude every single time I come.

The assistant manager needs a raise as she is why you didn't get only one star. I came to this branch because the manager at your other Walmart branch continuously lies to me threatens my wife with the money in our account by threatening to take it away. So I came to this Branch to see if they could get me a check card for my business account since I haven't received the first to the other Branch keeps saying they sent. The initial tell her that I spoke to looks like she was wearing her pajamas did not have a name tag and was just too short and rude with me she could be I'm guessing she's related to the manager at the other branch. She started to tell me how I needed to go talk to the post office about my check card... She was not being helpful she was not being nice she was about to seal the deal for me to stop putting my money through your bank. But when their system manager came over she was nice friendly professional and took care of my issue to the best of her ability. You should pay more attention to your tellers and how they treat people, and then some branches obviously the managers.

They will rearrange your charges to make sure the largest go in first, so they can overdraft you as many times as possible. I had a charge that went through by error and was credited back immediately, but they didn't process that credit until they ran other charges first so I would be overdrawn. Then lied to me about it when I could see the math right in front of my face.

Their new "Online Banking Feature" is Trash. I've made sure my info was correct and now that I try to access my account using my number, the one I've had for over 5 years, it says no records found and i can't reset my password.

Very rude. They get an attitude when you ask them to make a simple deposit. This has happened several times. Yesterday the woman acted like it was the end of the world that I asked her to run another debit card to make a deposit, something I've done numerous times at other locations. Very rude.
