    Every time I came in, no greeting. Employees very unwelcoming and unfriendly. They were never willing to help or gave me the runaround when it came to anything dealing with my account. I spent countless hours in the lobby waiting to receive help, when they would have no customers in their offices and the employees looked bored of their jobs. I called to receive info about my now closed account, they say they’ll call back and I didn’t hear anything for a week. I call back a week later, they direct me to go up to a location (not the location I opened my account with a completely irrelevant location) because they can’t help over the phone. I went to the other location just for them to have me wait and tell me the same thing they’ve been telling me over the phone. Which is they will have to give me a call back and the earliest time would be another week from that date. A complete waste of time on too many occasions dealing with this bank. Don’t bank here, they don’t make you feel like a valued member. There are plenty other credit unions that will treat you better.

    Absolutely horrible experience. I DID get a good rate on my auto loan. But the good news stops there. My payment is coming up very soon but I have not received a payment book. I TRIED to reach a person by phone but that was futile. Long and confusing automated menu, where you get stuck in the loop with no way to speak to a person... I did some digging and research and I lean that every way I can pay (speak to a person, go in person to pay) would result in a fee. I could pay online with no fee, but without my account number (and proper instructions) I have no way to do it. I will contact them online via email now. Let's hope that provides some clarity... Latest update, you CAN'T email them! Not a general inquiry anyway. The only way to email them is if you want Business Banking or Real Estate. Go figure...

    Worst experience I've ever had. The teller did not offer any assistance even though I received the same service in December from another teller. Their website confirmed the service was offered as well. I will never bank with First Community Credit Union again! No customer service skills from one teller can ruin the whole experience. She said she's been there over 10 years too, should have better public relation skills then.

    This is the worst bank in the world. Every month they harass me when I late 10 days in my credit card. I told them to stop that paid the credit card every month and they will not stop harass me. The account is current. Is this even legal that they harass me. Wow. I need to finish paying this credit card asap. I feel hassment by this bank.

    Pretty happy with this place. I switched from a much larger bank about 6 months ago and have been happy with things. The customer support has been good and there's good communication with any issues that turn up. I plan on staying here for a while

    the worst to get ahold of when you call the # its just the same thing over and over and over and no one ever picks up. then if you push for more help it just starts you over. then it hangs up

    Financed 2 cars with this location (1 paid off early, 1 will payoff in 3 months & be paid 1 year early). Attempted to get a home improvement loan. I am more than qualified for such a loan. Was told to apply online. The application is extremely confusing, has no page dedicated to home improvement loan. Received a call same day approved for personal loan. Maybe I applied in error and explained that to the person who called. Did not want a personal loan wanted home improvement loan. Asked them to cancel the personal loan. And informed them I no longer wanted to seek a home improvement loan with them. Instead of respecting my wishes they put open personal loan AND home equity loan on my credit report. I have NOT signed anything or given permission.All of this occurred week of 6/15/2020. Plan to contact TX Attorney General. Do not deal with this CU as they commit fraud against you when you don't go along with their plans.

    This branch used to have tellers that you could talk with. Now you wait for a interactive screen, and sometimes you have to wait longer than you used to have to wait for a teller. We've had instances where we had to change screens after waiting in the queue, which is very time consuming. We've been with FCCU for almost 20 years but are really disappointed with this change. In fairness to FCCU, the SL manager did call us to talk about our issues with the new system.

    Lack of human support up front made my visit so terrible. Had to go to the electronic teller, but they sent me to talk to the banker which meant signing in on the iPad and waiting. Had to repeat that going back and forth process about 3 times to not accomplish what I needed. Wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.
