The problem? **It takes an act of congress in order to make the transactions I want.** Just today, I spent over two hours on hold, all time considered, with the last time having me rushed out of the phone call. From my comprehension of the debit system, I’m pretty sure the agent I spoke with intentionally made my situation worse. I understand wanting to go home, but rushing me out of the conversation and sabotaging me isn’t the way to go about business. I’m really hoping I can get some real resolution tomorrow.
