First Citizens Bank Main St, Buies Creek

Wonderful bank. Attentive customer service with a smile each and every time. The ladies seem to enjoy what they do and it shows. Keep up the good work! We also bank at another bank as well and the teller there hardly speaks or acknowledges the presence of the customer. Glad to see the ladies at this branch interact with the customers with courtesy and a smiling face. It is sadly a lost art in the climate in which we live. If I could do all of my banking at this location, I would.

Fee's, fee's, and more fee's. If you don't mind money disappearing out of your account, then this might be a good bank for you, but I watch my every penny, and this bank is terrible. They even charge you for using a different ATM, but only have 2 very inconvenient Atms, and your already being charged at the ATM, so why do they take more many for it when your statement comes out. This bank is terrible. I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy use it.

Very good service when I walked in. The ladies there were very helpful and gave me the proper information I needed for my bank account.
