Only reason I put this review is to warn others for the near future. Online it said they were open Saturdays, so I made a 40 minute trip just to get there and then they were closed. Sign in the window said temporarily closed on Saturdays. Please update that online! I did try to call but I used to work at a bank that was open saturdays and we didn’t answer phones, only worked the drive thru. So I risked it and it didn’t pay off. Just very frustrated that at least one bank in town isn’t open saturdays!

Long time First Citizens customer and now live out of state but have kept my accounts at the bank. Was in Wilmington for a visit and needed to make some transactions including wiring funds. The staff here were very helpful and took care of my needs. Excellent staff! Great service.

Horrible!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! They have refused my husband and I money out of our account on two separate occasions, my husband (who is a veteran) went in today to try to take money out of our account and was told by Melinda Allen she couldn't help us, because there was no manager there (they don't have one at this branch) after calling two other branches and the managers there being "unavailable" she was Extremely rude to us and told us sorry. They have also charged us overdraft fees when our account was Not in overdraft, once we asked them about it they acknowledged we shouldn't have been charged but refused to refund our money!!!!! They charge for everything as well, if you call the bank to ask a question they charge you, if you ask for a cashiers check they charge you (even if it's for you), they are horrible all around, Everyone is rude and so unhelpful!!!

Hours are incorrect - they are not open Saturdays. Reported to Corp office a month ago.
