I pawn my school laptop and found out that I lost it when I came in to make a payment. I didn't receive a courtesy call or anything, I was told I could put in layaway but at double the amount they gave for the pawn. I asked them to let me see it and they didn't even reset the operating system. All of my personal information, IRS documents, and other stuff was still available for anyone to see. This place doesn't care about their customers even though I had a 100 percent good standing. They didn't even have the common decency to give me a call. I guess that no matter how large this company gets it still just as dishonest as any other place that thrives in predatory loans.

There associate "Antonio" is the only reason they get 1 star. As far as there asst mgr., word of advice, it takes 0 effort to be decent to some one. You declined a pawn bc during covid I lost all of my jewelry to your company. We all know what you loan on a pawn is WAY LESS than real value, but yet you made it seem like I made you loose $$$ on my pawns therefore you would only offer to buy a 400 mic for 60... My jewelry was sold 3x what I was loaned on bc I was going to try and buy it back, so I know no money was lost by your company. No worries I will never step back thru your doors again. I would rather do with out this evening than help your company in any way to make a profit.

I used the Randonautica app with the intention of finding out the truth about my past. It led me to this pawn shop filled with power tools (like my missing loved ones used at work) and game systems (my partner works at Gamestop). Everyone in the store was kind. It was an uplifting experience

I always do business there they always give me more money for things that I pawn or sell compared to other pawn shops

Used to be a great Pawn Shop for about two years. Paid fair prices,quick and friendly service. Now the fat gay kid is back in charge and the crew he has are slow as hell, wont make any pawns under $20, and wont even let me pawn stuff I have had in there and got back out on several occasions. Their loss, not mine they are more worried about lunch than do a pawn.

This is a excellent pawn shop.. I never have had the need to pawn anything but I have bought quite a few items from this location. They have always been more then fair on their prices and if a item was defective they always made good. So if you're looking to buy something and still have peace of mind then this is the pawnshop I'd recommend.

2nd rate pawn shop. They won't reduce any prices so you end up paying ridiculous prices for used garbage for no guarantee. Don't waste your time getting a loan, either. Lowest appraisals of any shop I've ever patronized and unscrupulous interest/fee schedule. My last day of grace was on a Sunday, so I called Saturday night to make sure I could pick it up Monday morning, since this location closes on Sunday. Manager said yes, when I got there Monday morning they still charged me for another month and late fees. This place is good if you're a drug addict looking for your next fix, but if you're looking for a decent pawn shop, stay away.

I sold something and wanted to purchase it back. David was a lot of help and informative. He was willing to explain a lot to me rather than trying to win off me. Whomever he was getting the approvals to do certain things concerning my particular purchase was quite rude though. He asked her something and she didn't even look up and said 'No'. Everyone else I've dealt with there (even when I sold my items - I just can't remember her name) have been pretty cool and nice except her. If I were to return I'd be sure to deal with David or someone besides that particular lady. She didn't have on a name badge so I don't know her name. Otherwise the rudeness it was a positive experience all three trips I've made up there.

Luis and Dave were very helpful. I felt like I was getting a great deal and they made everything quick and painless! Thank you ;-)

Very unprofessional don't come here they take forever to help you , everyone in there has attitudes the whole time and weirdly enough the coworkers were openly taking about having sex with each with the manager right there.... But that's not all the manager was talking about cheating on her baby daddy instead of helping customers ...its very ratchet and they don't give you enough money for your items I only wish that i could give them less than one star
