First Cash Pawn Bonforte Blvd, Pueblo

Pawned a rifle here, lost my physical I.d but made a payment so I wouldn’t lose it. Was told to get access to my digital i.d and that would work. (which is an official form of identification) got access to it and returned to get my property. The lady behind the desk told me “they don’t accept a virtual i.d and it must be the physical copy” the DMV doesn’t have an appointment for over a month to get a replacement and now they are going to stick me with another month of outrageous interest. I’ll never walk in this store again after I get this resolved. Not like they care though, they have thousands of Pueblo crackheads in there selling stolen property everyday to keep them in business for ages. This town is trash.

Passed up on gaming laptop that I'm sure someone would of picked up right away. She didn't even check what kind of laptop it was LMAO. Top Dollar on US-50 are my go to. Gave me the asking price for my laptop and helped me get my car running again :). Hope whoever picks up that laptop will have a great timing gaming or studying with it.

I will never go back to this store again because of one of the store manager Erin. I have been doing business with themister money and first cash Corp for many many years and i have bought over $1,000.00 and $1,000.00 of stuff. One day my husband and my self walk into this store because we were looming to purches another gun and i asked her if she. Could give us some kind of a deal on several different revolvers. She refused to give us any type of deals. Or any discounts after spending $1,000.00 and $1,000.00 in that store and with the corporation. So i will never ever go back to this location ever again!! She is very rude isnt very friendly and most definitely won't go out of her way to make a costumer happy she don't care if she makes a sale or not she says its less paper work for her. She really needs to be let go and fired!!!!. The only way we would ever Go back to this location is if she never worked there again. The only reason this store get any business is from the other employees whom work there and actually care about making customers happy. Since this has happened we have never stepped foot into the store ever again!!!! And never will!!!!!!!!!!!!

The girl working behind the counter can't even plug in an HDMI cable correctly to test electronics. Stood around waiting for 30minutes for her to figure it out, she couldn't. Tells me I need to take it home and get proof my electronics work, so I do just that and rush back. They closed and locked their door before closing hours and refused to do anything, laziness I'm assuming. These people don't know what they're doing. You will have better luck at literally any other pawn shop in town.

Paid a 100 dollars for tool set. 2 ratchets were broken, I took them back the next day with receipt, the female manager said all she could do is give me half my money. Are you kidding me, it was less then 24hrs and I didn't even get a chance to use them. This store has reeked havoc in this community. Time and time again. Spend 5 minutes in there and you will see the hatred. In my opinion I believe the states attorney needs to investigate, again. Run, run fast. Furthermore, I believe that the 5 star posts are employees.

Okay, so my rent is due soon so I went in to pawn some of my stuff. I brought in a brand new Mac book worth 1300 and they offered me 200 for it. A $500 Nixon watch they offered me $30 freaking dollars. For a 14 karat chain they offered like $15 and a brand new canon camera they offered me $50. All together they offered me $650 for almost three grand in merchandise....if I could give them no stars I would. The lady was very nice up until we rejected the price the offered and then she started being very very rude. This place is a scam if you’re trying to sell your things.

Thought I got a good deal... Guess it wasn't as good as I thought. Wondered why they ask "how much are you looking to get for it?" I understand not giving "full scrap" price, but half is insane. (2 stars because they were friendly and were helpful, no matter.)

I pawn here frequently love the service . Always professional. I’ve also spent slots of money . Never hat any problems. Good deals good prices . I’d definitely keep coming back.

I tour around pawn shops all over Colorado and this place has the most positive buyer vibe out of any pawn shop. It has friendly staff and a fair prices. The only downside is a lack of selection.

Horrible service👎👎👎 Literally waited to be helped over 30 min untill the point where i was the last customer in the store . Was planning on buying the pistol grip Mossberg500 but apparently all 4 employees were too busy standing still too even bother to ask if i need help. Definitely will not be returning to this pawn again. Lost a nice sale& a reg customer 👎👎👎
