I have always been treated with respect and they provided Awesome Customer Service either in-person or over the phone! A great place to Pawn or Sell you items. They tend to give me the best price for whatever I'm Pawning or Selling. There's not another Pawn Shop I've ever dealt with over 45 year's (I'm currently 58), that provides the same level of Customer Service and Generous prices for items you're selling to them that Fast Cash Pawn provides to me!! If you go in and treat them with respect, you'll get the same in return, but if you go in with a bad attitude, you'll still receive some Respect and Customer Service, just not at the same level they provide to those that treat them with respect. You get what you put in, but that's usually true for most things in life, especially when dealing with the public in general!!

My boyfriend and I went in here for the first time a few days ago. We were in search of an Xbox One, and they had a bunch to choose from - at amazing prices! They had better deals than what we were seeing on LetGo, plus you can purchase a warranty for it too. Really glad we went this route instead! The staff was wonderful, and they even hooked the game system up to show it worked before we made a final decision. My boyfriend ended up putting a power tool on layaway too! Yes, layaway!! I didn't even know pawn shops did this, so we were happy about that as well. We will definitely be back for more great deals soon!

100% redemption and a paying customer denied to sell an item that I called a head of time not to mention have had it in fast cash before and redeemed twice recently Patti offered 10$ only because I had it in before The point is this place is not about being number one pawn shop or carying about their customers. I have spent a lot of money at various fast cash locations this one is by far the worst experience. What is the point of calling and asking questions, having my account pulled up and drive all the way there just to be told 10$. Offensive and unprofessional completely contradicted to company slogan. I specifically asked if I would be able to get more since I’m selling the girl Isabella said yes and was talking to her manager Patti the whole conversation. I got 50$ for a pawn! So why would u offer me 10$ or simply denying my appliance item over the phone in the first place? Ohh they do not care!!!

This store is always clean and the people are super nice. Out of all the pawn shops I have been to this store by far has the best jewelry. The people who work there are quick and greet you with a smile. If you're looking for a deal, this shop is where to go!

The store is well maintained and clean. The counter was busy when I walked in and someone came over from a project they were working on to help me sell an ipod. The price was fair and the service was quick and friendly, I would come back to this location if I was ever to pawn something else. I ended up buying a bluray while I was there for far less than the in store price. All around great experience.

With a Manger like Patty and having James back (still miss Joe) This store is AWESOME. It is one I will only trust with my personal expensive items. They always give EXCEPTIONAL service, they never forget a name; due to having so many regulars that trust them. Out of the few places I have been, this is by far the ONLY one I truly trust!

In a pinch this place has gotten me out of hard places. Please don't be naive as well... if your item is not worth it they won't pay it. I always take my purchase receipts and they always give me a good price

Best pawn shop in town.. Patty's the best..she will give you the best deals and everyone there are always nice and helpful... Loyal customer for 10+yrs....
