Went to pawn a brand new never used iRobot self vacuum/ Roomba that reatails for $185 and they offered me $15! Would not negotiate to even $50. Do not pawn your items here. However; they do a variety of items for sale at a good rate and very friendly staff.

Worst pawn location ever! Please do not waste your time here. The manager Hugo has awful customer services.

There's a camera that has no Charger, the screen doesn't work and the battery is dead...but it's being sold cheaply...So, as I attempt to get a 7 or 3 day warranty to see if it works with the use of an external monitor...the manager, Bertha says no...but she would have me taking the gamble, with no recourse. What kind of nonsense is this? She goes on to say, "it's being sold as is"...then I asked, "without testing it?"... she did YES but the part that pisses me off is when she says, "sir, you don't have to buy it", which is obvious, very unprofessional and classless in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and pass this Pawnshop up.

I ALWAYS go into this pawnshop and get excellent service!! Especially from the manager Bertha she takes time with every customer and answers my questions with her time and patience! She always nice and friendly and has a great customer service attuduie!! Stop by and see her!! Awesome store!
