First time using ATM Machine. Ate my card was told it was my problem not theirs and nothing they could do about it. Was actually going to consider opening account with them too since I’m New to the area, never after this one

should be fired shows accounts to people of customers in Tampa from your bank Like his family or friends which is illegal and I use boa for business and personal now and was before you your horrible workers Let alone we give 3 million in food and those people will still be poor your bank sucks like Wachovia you will change! Your banks rating are horrible also let alone do the statistics for other banks vs you capital one does better and doesn’t even have a store front whatever! Lmao to your bank!

So i call bc im looking to refinance my commercial vehicle. Manager said come in we can do it as a auto loan. I jumped on it right awaye because there the only bank thag said that. Come to find out she was wrong. ( but i think she said that to lure me in ). So i try to start process, they said i needed other paper work. 3 weeks later i got everything they needed. So what happens, takes a arm and a leg just to reply back to emails. Smh Deff going to amother location now that i have everything.

I went to deposit my money into the ATM so i can pay my rent and all of a sudden their machine took my card and my money i went to the front to see if they can fix the situation and they tell me They can't do anything about it. I have to call disputes because they don't deal with the ATM. Brinks does. So i have no way to pay my rent and my bills. This is a mickey mouse run bank if i haven't seen one.
