Fifth Third Bank & ATM New Cut Rd, Louisville

Extremely irresponsible. Clara is the only competent person there. We went to do a large wire transfer. Clara seems to treat us like its a very important matter. Others people there namingly John were nonchalant about the matter. If he has a job great, if not great kind of deal.

I've been with 5/3 for over a decade. There gave been a few bumps over the years, some theirs, some mine, all resolved. The big thing for me-someone stole my card number, 5/3 picked up on it immediately, stopped card activity, called me right away, and reimbursed the small amounts that were spent. I will change banks NEVER. I love FifthThird Bank!!

fifth third bank is the WORST bank i have ever dealt with. we have a corporate checking account and make frequent large deposits. two to three weeks after almnost every deposit we made, we would recieve a debit notice. the notice informed us that our account had been debited because of missing items. i now put a number and letter on each item and record this on my deposit.....VOILA! no more "missing" items. we cannot recoup the money they have "debited".......our most recent incident with them involved our debit card being cancelled, without notification, after a recurring charge that we initiated was declined. this left us in a bind with regard to automatic payments we had set up and would now have to reschedule IF we got our cards. they sent the opposite card to the locations they said they were sending them. THEN would not allow our employee to come by and pick up one of the cards that had gone to the branch. the ACTING branch manager ARMIN is a snidely little punk who informed me that i could speak to no one else about the matter and i had to talk to him........take your money and RUN!!!!!! there are plenty of other banks out there! use one of them!

Very convenient. They are open on Sundays (for Christ's sake!). I'm not a "fan" of banks...but fifth third is the only one I'd recommend.

Horrendous service, Alec one of the employees bold face lied to me. Lied straight to my face over 50 times just to trick me into setting up an account which after finding out he lied about everything he told me in order to get me to sign up for the more expensive account , I closed it the account immediately. A bunch of scam artists, never sign up with 5/3

I went to pay my property tax and the young lady working there was extremely unfriendly and completely clueless. I will never deal with them. She refused to take my money orders to pay for taxes and 5/3 bank down the street had no issues whatsoever accepting it.

Awesome service, have 3 accounts with them, the staff has always been very friendly and helpful, and answered and assisted me with any questions I had.

Very friendly staff I have been with 53 for 7 years no major issue

The ATM doesnt always have money in it.
