DO NOT BANK HERE, and if you already do, close your accounts. Absolute worst experience with a financial institution. I closed my accounts today and switched banks. In the 4-5 years I’ve done my banking with them, I’ve had an average of one major issue a month. Recently, they switched mobile apps and made it impossible to set up the new app. I tried calling them multiple times to resolve the issue, and got sent to voicemail. Problem there is that their voicemail is full. I went in today to resolve it in person and they were extremely busy because of the fact that everyone was having the same issues. It took me over an hour to actually speak to someone and they said there was basically nothing they could do. People couldn’t access their accounts, monitor transactions, or check balances because of these issues, and yet I heard many people say they were being charged half their paycheck for overdrawn account charges that stemmed from these issues. Also was told by some people in line that they were able to set up their new account but that the new app was not user friendly at all which caused some of the same issues that not being able to access it at all caused. Horrible customer service and horrible service in general. I took my business to US Bank today instead and the process was painless and the employees were much more competent and helpful. EDIT (to respond to their comment): there were plenty of members who had set up their mobile app correctly who still had issues with it. I heard many of them complain. Also, the lack of communication and availability when there is an issue is the biggest concern many members have. I was drawn to your credit union originally because it was smaller and I figured you’d actually care about your members, but I was wrong, you don’t. Like I said, I had issue after issue, and none of them were ever easy fixes and none of my concerns were met with effective communication.
I’m so sorry you had trouble with the mobile app. We sent multiple email blast about the change to members our who with a valid email address on their account. We included information on the member statements, mailings, and in the lobby. Members who read the email and followed the instructions to register on the new app did not have any issues with it.

Neither of the apps work so you're forced to use the website. Cards decline the moment you buy anything out of state and when you call them they tell you to go to another branch to get your money out. The person told me to go somewhere but the address sent us to a Hospital. As soon as I get back home Im switching to another bank I'm so tired of this
The new app does work unless your account is locked for too many incorrect attempts. We can check your account Tuesday to ensure you can log on. Shared branch locations can be found on our website. There are locations in every state to assist you with in person transactions. If you are traveling, that may have flagged as a fraudulent transaction. That can be stopped in several ways. One is to download the secure equip app and you can approve unusual activity notifications from Visa from your phone. We can also notate you are traveling to help avoid the fraud team thinking your transaction may be suspicious. Any issue you have with the app can easily be corrected if you contact any of our branches for assistance. So sorry you had an issue.

I have tried for two hours to set up my online banking and it keeps telling me that my info is not what they have on file. It's been the same for 5 years. I haven't changed anything. Everytime they do something to make it easier, it becomes more difficult.

Get a normal app like all the other banks and ill give more stars. Seriously, app is horrible and not an upgrade what so ever.

Customer service sucks! They don’t believe in answering the phone and always something wrong with their system! Avoid if possible!!

Awful customer service. Started a business account and the staff was very rude. The manager came back from lunch and treated us very unprofessionally after the staff messed up printing the debit cards 4 times. I felt racially profiled and I would never recommend going to this bank. Will be closing the account soon and going elsewhere. They claim I do not belong to the Institution.. I will be posting another review from a different google account with a picture of a card from this institution with my name on it. We will see how much I belong to this institution. We will also be filing a complaint with the the KBB and BBB. You’ll think twice before being reckless with your horrible customer service

I seldomly have a pleasant experience here. This place is a shared branch with my credit union and you cannot use the drive thru to conduct a transaction. When I asked why, i was told because my manager said so... the service here is spotty at best. The one on Dixie operates way better! My credit union should find another partner.
We do not allow drive thru shared branch transactions because we do not have a clear view to compare you to your ID. This is to protect both your account and the credit union.

I was a member here for 7 years with no problems unwell I met a lady named Melisa she was very hateful. All the rest have been very nice over the years. She had a loud mouth in front of other customers ,I had never had a cold check or any problems with any others. I will be closing my account with them just as soon as I see my direct deposit goes to my new bank. She don't need to be in the public.
