Absolute worst decision ever. First, did not tell me it would take 7-10 business days to receive debit cards (this is a business account, there are banks creating debit cards on the spot). Secondly, once we received our debit cards and had them activated, still unable to use cards due to fraud alerts. Called in several times trying to get the fraud alerts resolved (was still unable to resolve or use cards). Visited the branch in person, was given yet ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL. Closed account on the spot (business account open and closed in less than 30 days). A bit disappointed in the fact that no one there seem to care how much of an inconvenience this issue was for a small business owner.

If it were possible to give this place negative stars, I would. My father passed away and dealing with this bank has been incredibly annoying. They have been lying to me & they do not understand Florida's laws. They are not nice or helpful at all. All they want to do is argue with me even when they are in the wrong. Do not use this bank. Huge headache.

I rarely ever give a bad review as I know what weight it carries for a business. However this bank has made me use a word I never thought I would post on something about another business. Incompetent! I have had money pulled from my account without notice many times and I still don't believe I have all my money back from them. They have made me so insecure about my bank account that I check it every single day to hope they didn't pull money out for some random reason. I have waited way over 5 business days for checks to clear in my business account, had a 500k dollar hold on my account a month after I started my business and it took 2 days of paper work to unlock my account again. I have had so many issues with this bank that I have no choice but to get on here and warn potential business owners that you will have money pulled from your account and their main way of contacting you about that is via MAIL, not text or email, or even on their brand new app. They will mail you a notice and it will be at your house in so many business days. The only way this bank could ever redeem itself would be to reimburse me for countless hours spent just trying to access my money. Oh BTW they also put a 500k dollar hold on my employees account because the workplace wasn't correct on his account and the reason they used was they needed to verify the money was in my account which is the same bank. We had to wait 2 weeks to get there only to sit on the phone with the bank manager and call fraud protection with her while she was explaining to me that she has no idea why they did this.I have switched to vystar and I feel much more confident that my account isn't free to take from without letting me know. They also disclosed to my employee what was in my bank account without me present after telling him they don't know why the check didn't clea.

If I could give this place a 1/2 * I would Fifth Third Bank I started Banking with them because of my company ever since I opened checking and savings I've had nothing but it at first I was told 2 days before I get paid I could use my card and as long as I got paid or made sure the money was in the account within two days I would not be charged a overdraft fee that was a lot come to find out it was only one day which is cool I'm good with that so this past week I used my card brought me lunch in 45 minutes I made sure it was back in my account the next day Wednesday I stopped and got gas and got a few snacks for the children by by 6 a.m. Thursday morning my paycheck was in my bank account and they took two $37 overdraft fees from me which they should not have done because both times the money was in my account I have never had the worst service with a bang ever do it immediately Thursday I went there knows the lady the proof where I deposit the money back in my account after buying myself lunch and the fruit where my paycheck was there before midnight of the next business day do both transactions my money was back in my bank before midnight of the next day them overdraft fee should not have been take it they would not give me my overdraft fee money back so I immediately closed my account and left

This is my honest belief. This facility severely had an ineptitude to write my mortgage loan or any other customers loan. Cost me a severe amount of money. The worse part about it is they (the loan officer and her surpervisor) immoral and boldly waited to very last minute to notify me of my loan status; about 70 days so I could not change banks. The sellers were restless and aggravated with the loan officer excuse and stall tatics. To inform me the day before closing was very manipulative and ruthlessly heartless.

Great banking branch if you want to open a free checking account with no fees , less than 20minutes to set up after initial phone call and visit to location , bank also includes credit services for the qualifying .

Terrible Customer Service. They don't even look as if they get much business and I can see why. I simply wanted to use the ladie's room because I really had to go. The receptionist first asked me if I banked with them. When I told her I did not, I just needed to use the ladie's room she told me no, because they only served customers that banked with them. They are nothing compared to my bank, Vystar. The woman looked Hispanic.

Rude people breatha and the manager super disrespectful. I been cash my check here for weeks in the drive thru today they take my check demand I come in and ask me all this info..now i have never done this so of course i am set back so when I voice questions i am instantly accussed of raising my voice and told I can leave if i dont like what they are saying of course that easy to say when you holding my pay check hostage 2 days before Christmas..so i will let you know bad service and if you are upset with something they have done to you when you voice you concern and stand up for your set they will just kick you out instead of be responsible for their actions...no wonder they got 2 stars

Would give less if I could, Keep taking money out of my account even though my account stays positive yeah something isn't right. Worst bank I've ever had would not recommend to anyone.
