Did a bank statement loan through this company and the process was phenomenal!!! My loan officer Derek Bissen was great at breaking things down and communicating at every step of the process. My process took a bit longer being that I was getting funded for a condo (condos traditionally take longer because you’re at the mercy of the condo board). But even with that my timeframe from pre-approval to closing was exactly 40 days, which is lightning fast considering it was a condo. I’m sure a single-family home would take even less time. I would recommend Derek to anyone seeking a mortgage, especially self-employed people like myself.

I used Fidelity for a mortgage broker in December 2018 and Nick Mergo was awesome to work with! Always two steps ahead of anticipating what the underwriters were going to request. Whenever I had questions, he was always easy to get ahold of and very helpful in explaining the complicated documents and terms that are required when purchasing or refinancing a home. I look forward to working with him again in the future!

Kellie is a delight to work with, very patient but effective in securing a great deal and ensuring things are done AHEAD of schedule. Gloria LIED TO us and our realtor for over a month saying we were pre approved for a mtg. When we found a house and were ready to make an offer she flaked out on us. She never got the pre approval... Now we are starting the process all over again with another lender. This was awful. And heartbreaking since we found a house we loved..... I'd not recommend using them. She had NO CLUE what she was doing... And the only ones hurt in it were us.
