I have been with Longview Fibre Credit Union over twenty years.. They have a wonderful staff always ready to assist. I recently had to make a car purchase. Andrea did the impossible. I needed to have the paperwork processed in one day due to it being the end of the year. The car dealership and Andrea processed the Paperwork and I had my car delivered the same day from Beaverton Or. due to Andrea’s quick and hard work. I’m a senior, and I could never have accomplished much without her effort and hard work. Thank you Longview Fibre Credit Union.

The absolute worse place to bank at. Honestly I don't expect this credit union to ever do anything that will benefit me because every time I have tried they haven't. Yet I still use them for direct deposits and really don't deal with them on anything else. I use their mobile app that crashes all time like it did again today to myself and a coworker. I've had to reset my username and password so many times now I forget what they are. I call to get help from customer service but who I am I kidding. I swear its their goal to give the worse experience to their customers as possible. I can give them detailed info about who I am but by God if you don't remember the last purchase you made and when and where it was at plus the exact total then good luck retrieving any info. Next step is to inconveniently email photos of picture I.D. to prove who I am because apparently what I spend my money on is the only other way they can ID me. This was only after I had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to someone but that was actually pretty quick for them compared to their usual answer times. This is my second 1 star review and honestly the place doesn't even deserve that. I just hope people see this and go other places to bank at, learn from my horrible experiences.

First, this comment is in response 2 the comment Andy's world made about having to wait in line 40 minutes. I've been banking Fibre Federal for 2 years now and I can say with all certainty that they do care and go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their members. Personally I would not Bank anywhere else. And I highly doubt you waited in line for 40 minutes. Just saying

They say they're open from 9:00 to 4:30 on Saturdays I called there because I had a question ,they're answering machine ask for your account number well what if you didn't have a account there and you were a new person trying to open up account, there you can't get through to talk to anybody. Their answering machine puts you through some advertising and you sit and wait and no one ever answers. So then I drive down there and inside the bank is closed, what do they think that covid-19 is stronger on Saturdays that they need to be closed or what. So they have the drive-thru open which takes forever, there's got to be a better bank that's better than this. I think I'm going to try US Bank.

I want to say that Adam and Holly made my refinance a great experience yes does it get a bit stressful but Adam always returned my emails promptly and Holly was so helpful and understanding. And it was a bit more difficult due to some unforeseen things that came up they dealt with it quickly and all went well To add on that Cowlitz county title did an amazing job working with all of us. I am down in Longview and really needed to get money from my qualstar account. But because of the virus they wont let anyone in the lobby. And they didn't make shared branching available through the drive through like Sound Credit union has. Unfortunately Sound is up north as well as Qualstar. I wont use their banks in the future ever. And am stuck away from home without access to my savings account.

I have had a really good experience dealing with this credit union in their brick-and-mortar location. They definitely care and try to minimize the waiting time in line for their customers. One of the reasons I removed one star is for their archaic website and mobile app. I was trying to find the hours of operation and couldn't find it. The only hours are here on Google. Their website is full of other information, but not that one. You would think such basic information should be on the front page so that people didn't have to search.... but oh well. And while I'm at it (hopefully their IT people are reading this) I'd take off one star from my review for not using 2FA for their online customer logins. That is really A SHAME for a bank these days! I'm referring to two-factor authentication using one-time passcodes, generated via Google Authenticator, or similar time-based one-time-password apps. (They currently use additional methods of a single factor authentication that act pretty much like secondary password but in reality don't add much security except just cause a hassle for the users. Time-based codes are a totally different ballgame.) Also it would be nice if they had an option for their customers to receive text alerts when a charge is made on their credit/debit cards like BoA does. But.... maybe I'm asking for too much?

Go to member services to get my debit card and they send me to wait in the line saying tellers will do it. Just to send me back to member services.... they need to fix the line of people because they can't figure out who is next. Watched 4 people go in front because the guy in front of my line couldn't figure out that he was next
