    Update for previous review- after 1.5 hours of transfers and holds to request pay off information for my auto loan so I could refinance elsewhere, I was extremely frustrated. However, I received a call and text promptly with an apology upon my poor review. There was an issue with the phone system and I apparently fell into some perpetual time-loop. The rep gave me her direct phone line and offered an extremely competitive interest rate and changed the terms of my auto loan to give them a second chance. I understand that mistakes happen, but I am very pleased that this bank owned the mistake and offered something better and hassle-free that will save me a boatload of money while I remain a loyal customer.

    I went in to cash checks to go buy a car. They were rude asked what the checks were for and what I was doing with them. All none of there business! I've been banking with them for over 25 years and never been asked what I was swing with my own money! They refused to cash my checks even after I told them who they were from and why and what I needed to use them for. So now I don't have my cash and the car I was getting sold. I used the main branch because that's all that's open on Saturday. I waited in line over an hour and at the tube over 35 mins just to get nothing but pure rudeness. One would think with as long as I've been a member I'd be treated much better then that. Time to look for a new bank it seems.

    Hit or miss and just simply agree with some of other reviewers that things seemed better before. I most likely am gonna switch banks since I moved out of the area or at least use another as my main. I signed up for a new card and the lady sent me home with the wrong number to call for setting new card up. I had to drive back, they were nice and corrected it though. The main complaint I have is the ATM's and online banking. I still haven't got signed up for online and it seems like such a hassle. The other big thing for me is so many times now with the ATM it will spit my card back out for every single transaction. So then you have to put your pin and all that again! Fix this!

    Banked here all my life. I've never really had any complaints until now. Why oh why did they take out the second drive thru ATMs at the 32nd and Commerce locations?! They replaced ("upgraded") with these absolutely horrible and slow ATMs which just seems like they went backwards in time and efficiency 20+ years. The only positive thing about them is how it'll count your deposit, yet I still have them spit out a bill about 30% of the time so I have to do the entire slow process all over again. I hate it!

    Well I have to say I would give these folks 10 stars if I could after all the amazing years I have been with them. Everyone is always cheerful and positive no matter what department I have delt with or branch I have used. I got nailed twice by online fraud of two different types after someone stole my credit card information and made fraudulent charges. These kind folks were quick to fix the issue, notify me, lock my account, and print out a new card the same day I filled out the report. Thanks guys for keeping me rolling smoothly along. Back around 2008 a kind loan officer also got me out of a tough jam by allowing me to get a 6% fixed rate holiday loan to get out from under my cut throat capital one card that had been jacked up to 17% on the credit and 26% on the cash even though I paid ahead of time each month and paid double what was owed. I was paying up to $40 in interest on top of the principal I was getting nowhere. I praise this kind head loan lady every day for making this grand exception even though I was not worthy do to my credit to debt ratio. My only saving grace was my good credit habits. Thanks again to all you amazing, hard working, cheerful, friendly folks!😊🤠👍

    The good is, their interests rates are the same across the board no matter what your credit and they will let you differ a monthly payment if you are having trouble paying once a year. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. The bad... If you want to talk to somebody by phone you will be placed on hold for a loooooooooong time. They are really riding the covid train excuse. If you would like to make a payment on your loan by phone with your debit card from a different bank, not going to happen, you'll need to physically go into the bank or mail them a check or use bill pay that your bank offers. You want to make a payment online with your debit card at their website? Also not going to happen. For these reason I will be looking elsewhere for my next loan. If this is your primary bank and you don't mind being on hold for a long time to talk to somebody then this might be a good choice.

    Fibre used to be a bank that you could trust and rely upon. Part of the charm in banking with them was the hometown feel, the tellers knew your name, and if you had an issue or an error they were in a hurry to correct it. Over the last few years as they've acquired or merged with other banks, that seems to have gone away. Their rates aren't as good, their service isn't as good, and you're just another face in the line. The online banking is awful and outsourced, and so is the bill pay. The bill pay is unreliable; if there's an issue, they will pawn you off. "Sorry, can't help you...that's a 3rd party vendor". Just what you want to hear when you call your bank. I started banking with them in 1997 and I find myself right now shopping online for another credit union for the first time in 25 years.

    The service in-person in the lobby is prompt, excellent, and 5 stars. The service by telephone is 2 stars or worse because the best case is I'm on hold a long time before being helped. Worst case I'm on hold until I give up and hang up (which has happened several times). FYI - Red Canoe has FAST, excellent telephone service at all times, including during COVID. Why is Fibre's telephone service usually slow, and somtimes very SLOW? Lately I've given up on calling Fibre CU and go in-person to the Commerce location. Luckily, the in-person service is fast and excellent. However, these are COVID times when it would be especially helpful to use the phone instead of going in-person. I use Fibre's online banking most of the time, and it's excellent (5 stars) for many things, but some things can't be done online.
