Doing our taxes has always been a not so joyous occasion. We own multiple businesses and have a handful of person returns that we need done every year. Michael has been great and always to the point when it comes to doing our taxes. And Ashley is just a joy. We don’t come in often but when we do we always look forward to being greeted by Ashley. She always seems to be in such a great mood and ready to help us with whatever needs we have. We’ve been using Ferraro Hayes for many many years and the changes made recently have been great.

My family has used Ferraro Hayes for quite a while and have been pleased with the service and quality we get for the price. Michael and his staff have always helped with any issues or bumps in the road with our taxes. Being able to work with a knowledgeable CPA in a proactive way before we make major decisions is so refreshing. We sleep better at night knowing they are in our corner.

Last year's tax return was very complicated due to the sale of 2 businesses. We turned everything over to Michael Hayes and let him get to work. We were very impressed with how thorough he was. He did everything possible to minimize our tax and was extremely knowledgeable in the Small Business area. We felt very confident entrusting him to complete and file our returns. We will used him again next year when we sell yet another business. He also helped us with some retirement income advice. He was easily accessible to us in person, email, and on the phone. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a CPA.

Michael is very knowledgeable and the receptionist is always so happy which is nice considering going to see your accountant is never a fun time. We switched cpas recently and Ferraro hayes has been very refreshing. Would definitely recommend.

We have been using this firm for over twelve years. Michael Hayes and Vince Ferraro are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They are always just a quick call away if we have questions or need to set up appointments. We highly recommend this firm for all tax, accounting and financial planning needs.

I am writing this review regretfully in hopes that this firm will improve on the customer service that I received because I truly would like to change my review to five stars. Vince and Michaels business has helped my family through the years so it saddens me that something as simple as a lack of good customer service has thwarted my impression. I spoke to a young lady by what name I can recall as jovita/jolina? When I was speaking with her, I was greeted with the obvious sigh when I believe she felt I was asking too many questions as if she couldn't be bothered with the work to come up with a reply. On occasion a blatant attitude would show through before I would be left on hold for an extended amount of time. I understand that being in the customer service business can be difficult for our youth so I chose not to get upset but to instead quietly thank her for her time and retreat from the conversation. I don't expect to take my business elsewhere for my family but I just want to let it be known and hopefully see it improve.
