Fl Central Credit Union is the best bank in town. They're always friendly and ready to assist you in any way they can. I have all my accounts with them and have never been disappointed. I recommend them to all my friends.

Let me start by saying Jodi,Liz,Kathy and Grace are all professional, courteous and happy with what they do. This bank is truly family friendly and a non judgement zone. If I could get this same treatment at a major bank like Bank of America the world of banking would be a better place. You ladies are phenomenal!!!

Jodi Miller (Manager) and Kathy (Teller) are the most unprofessional bank employees. My husband has been banking with them for years and asked if they would waive the 3 overdraft fees they charged him. Jodi and Kathy refused and wouldn’t even offer him overdraft protection. He had to keep complaining and finally they rolled their eyes and said they’re only waiving 1. They have lost our business and on top of that, it takes the consumer days to perform external transfers which will put your account in the negative and they will keep stacking the fees. I highly recommend SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION as they offer overdraft protection and have better rates and employees. DO NOT GO HERE!

Love my bank. Ms Kathy is always so pleasant and courteous when I am in the bank or in the drive thru as well as all the staff.

I can’t with this bank anymore. Over 90k in deposits this year and I have to wait for a 1200 check to be on hold ? I run a business, who wants a hold for business ? So I’m closing both of my accounts. Twice within 60 days that I’m having major issues. They surely treat me like I am a worthless client to them so I’ll take my business elsewhere. To business owners out there, you cannot move more than 500 dollars a week so I’d look somewhere else before wasting your time

So I just want to take the time to say thank you for Kathy for going above and beyond a few days ago with helping me getting my card unlocked in situated again she was very patient with me and she got the situation taken care of for me she was a blessing just want to say that thank you

I had the best experience at the Brandon, Florida branch today with the teller Kathy. She was very helpful and informative. My previous experiences were with teller Liz and she is always helpful. This shows that Florida Central has continuity regardless of who is helping you or servicing you. The "next person up" mentality is evident inside their bank. I was also blessed to come across trainee Susan, who exhibited a congenial and custom service centered mentality.
