My debit was shut down due to fraud on 12/31/21. They told me a replacement would come in 7-10 business days which is understandable. Today is 1/20/22 and still no debit card. Call center is no help. They keep insisting that it was shipped on 1/11/22. It’s been almost one month and no sight of a debit card.

I have been with this bank for 4 years now and I have not had any problems until now. For some reason it keep taking payments for a loan that I have already paid off months ago have not heard anything back for a solution to fix this situation hopefully they fix it soon.

Unlike most banks, FECA looks at "banking" differently. They're not out to hoard your money or collect fees. Their business model is to provide financing solutions for their members. Since they only serve FedEx employees, they understand the culture, the jobs, and the financial situations for those who work at all divisionsns of FedEx. The people are friendly and they usually try to go out of their way to help their members. If there's a downside, its that there are few branches. (Most are located near FedEx facilities, so easy to hit on way from work.) This makes using their online access and mobile app a must. Their new mobile app (10/2021) is awesome! Except for depositing cash, you can finally do almost everything you previously needed to go to branch to do! It puts the closest branch in your pocket!

I purchased my vehicle through these guys. Very satisfied. I finally paid it off and it was truly an easy process. I also have automatic withdrawal from my FedEx paychecks and get it deposited into a savings account. They just opened one up in my city where I reside in Fort Worth, so the convenience is here too and not just in Memphis.

If you send someone a replacement card it would be nice send them the pin as well. I called to activate my replacement card and was told it was already activated. I went to use it a gas station only to be told that my pin was wrong when clearly I called and spoke with several people and not one mention the pin to me or even told me it change.... But that's not all now my card is locked and I have to wait until Monday to call and have it unlocked. You guys really need to do something about that especially since you have people in all 50 state the possibly have an account with you all. And telling me I'm sorry you have to wait is not going to cut it. Then telling me to do shared branching to withdraw my money when I should be able to have a link online that allows me to unlock and lock my card if need be.. sign one mad customer

I always end up having to drive down there because it is impossible to get someone on the phone. Have loans there and the credit union is charging to much for weekly fees so my payment is not covering enough principal. I do not recommend this credit union
James, we apologize for your inconvenience. The best time to reach our Call Center is during regular business hours. If they are overloaded, I recommend using the chat feature or leaving a message on the website. You can bypass the call center and a rep will forward your message directly to the department you need. Then we can call you!

You have to pay 10.00 and have 100 on hold if you have prior checking account issues even if its not your fault and when you fix it they allow you to get a regular account. But all ther money you give them for all that time should be put in an escrow account and you given the savings amount.

Need better people handling the call centers and better security

They cancelled my card and so I went up there and waited in a long line took like 25min and finally got to the front they were nice and the gave me another card and I left and tried to use it and it declined so I had to go back up there and wait in the line and they they said my card was made wrong and that there card machine was down. Getting them on the phone is impossible it either take like 30 - 40 min of it goes to a call center which doesn’t help what I need to know very inconvenient and don’t recommend this credit union
